五泊した。 会場のコンベンションセンターに近く便利だった。スーパー、トラム駅が近く、名所旧跡へも徒歩でも大丈夫な距離にある。 ホテルは利用者が多く、混雑していた。 そのせいか、フロント、レストラン、部屋の掃除などスタッフが足りていないように感じた。 朝食はアイリッシュブレクファストを主流に豊富 に用意されている。 全体にはいい印象を持った。

Nice staff and they replied to my questions and requests promptly before we arrived. Nice location and nice river view from the window.(You can see swans every day,too.) A bike rental station is across from the hotel.Train station was very close,too.There are some cafe, retaurants and some supermarkets around the hotel. If you have 2 hours, you can visit several sightseeing spots.Very convenient. There were more expensive hotels in Dublin, but all the hotels' prices of Dublin are too expensive.(I had to spend more than 1 month salary for 5 nights and it was more expensive than air tickets from Japan！) We want to stay at this hotel again if we have a chance to come to Dublin.

部屋は広めで、落ち着いた内装で、きれいでした。バーやレストランも良かったです。街の中心まで徒歩圏内です。またダブリンに行くことがあれば、利用すると思います。1日に1人1本水がついているはずだったのですが、初日以外は催促しないと持ってきてくれませんでした。また、トイレットペーパーの補充も、こちらから要求が必要でした。このように、ハウスキーピングがだめだったので、総合評価はやや下がります。

We arrived very early but the staff very kindly found us a room at no extra charge. Room spot on and great breakfast

Room was perfect and the staff were excellent.

Definitely 4 star quality, but at a reasonable price, especially for the location. Food did not taste that great, but the service was great. It may just have been due to my palate and preference. Still would stay there again.

Très bon accueil chambre spacieuse très propre balcon donnant sur une cours intérieur. Situation idéale bus de l'aéroport à 50 m comme les bus pour le centre historique que l'on atteint en moins de 10 mn Trams derrière l'hôtel à 100m pratique pour rejoindre le musée national. Quartier Docklands neuf et sûr. Ambiance au bar sympa il y a une piscine et salle de sport que nous n'avons pas utilisé manque de temps car beaucoup de choses à voir ... Un séjour de 4 jours très agréables avec des habitants souriants polis et sympathiques

We got a free upgrade, the rooms we had were both very clean and modern. Rituals bathroom smellies were very much appreciated

The room was clean and tidy and well provisioned. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The only reason I have given 4 instead of 5 stars is due to the quality of the breakfast I had with them. I was seated and offered tea & coffee and pointed towards the buffet. The buffet was well stocked but everything was stone cold. Not just tepid, absolutely cold. I mentioned this to the on duty servers and one of them then told me that there was a menu option. I ordered a vegetarian breakfast and had them change the scambled tofu for scrambled egg. When it arrived almost 15 minutes later(!!), it was missing items. By this time though, I needed to get going so as not to miss my flight and couldn't argue the point any more. Hotel breakfasts are always expensive. This one definitely wasn't the most expensive I've ever had/paid for, but it wasn't worth the money I did pay unfortunately. I'd stay there again. But I wouldn't pay for the optional breakfast and I'd spend my money elsewhere.

Nice clean room. Good amenities. Unfortunately I didn’t have time on this occasion to heck out the pool / spa. Spa prices seem reasonable. Breakfast buffet was good, with plenty of options.

Personnels au top!! Très aimable Très souriant. Les produits rituals dans la salle de bain sont excellents !!! Lit très confortable !! Je n'avais pas une belle vue (vue sur cour ) mais au moins c'était au calme!!! Télévision plus grande que celle que j'ai chez moi!! C'était top!!!

Great location, good service, mattress clearly had springs that were gone and pipes from other floors were dreadfully noisy. Lovely bathroom and compact room though.

Comfortable beds, great shower, big fluffy towels.
