五泊した。 会場のコンベンションセンターに近く便利だった。スーパー、トラム駅が近く、名所旧跡へも徒歩でも大丈夫な距離にある。 ホテルは利用者が多く、混雑していた。 そのせいか、フロント、レストラン、部屋の掃除などスタッフが足りていないように感じた。 朝食はアイリッシュブレクファストを主流に豊富 に用意されている。 全体にはいい印象を持った。

Nice staff and they replied to my questions and requests promptly before we arrived. Nice location and nice river view from the window.(You can see swans every day,too.) A bike rental station is across from the hotel.Train station was very close,too.There are some cafe, retaurants and some supermarkets around the hotel. If you have 2 hours, you can visit several sightseeing spots.Very convenient. There were more expensive hotels in Dublin, but all the hotels' prices of Dublin are too expensive.(I had to spend more than 1 month salary for 5 nights and it was more expensive than air tickets from Japan！) We want to stay at this hotel again if we have a chance to come to Dublin.

部屋は広めで、落ち着いた内装で、きれいでした。バーやレストランも良かったです。街の中心まで徒歩圏内です。またダブリンに行くことがあれば、利用すると思います。1日に1人1本水がついているはずだったのですが、初日以外は催促しないと持ってきてくれませんでした。また、トイレットペーパーの補充も、こちらから要求が必要でした。このように、ハウスキーピングがだめだったので、総合評価はやや下がります。

I paid 70-80euro for breakfast , it is just could by in lobby 19euro , all the customers are the same breakfast but it is the different price. I told to the Expedia and they emailed to them and the hotel refused to return. It is terrible. I books two premium rooms two days and fully paid for four meal. And the reception is so unfriendly for checking out. My room I order big but all the things inside is so old and the carpet the furnitures are so dirty . The curtains is so poor and dirty. I really suggest not to choose here.

Clean room, friendly staff, lovely pool

Balcony or better room view would have greatly enhanced stay. First hotel we have ever seen without a single ice machine for guest use.

Nice hotel, but they try to charge at every turn

The room was not clean. Looked like a rush job. The balcony was filled with Cobb webs and bird poop. Couldn’t sit out there to enjoy the balcony. Was very disappointed especially with what they charge.

A last minute booking which turned out be very enjoyable. Even though it was super busy, the staff and food etc was lovely

The best place to stay in Dublin - staff are so helpful and welcoming, food is great, cocktail bar has an excellent atmosphere in the evening, rooms are perfect and there is a pool and gym. What more could you ask for? We love The Spencer!

Wonderful reception - Bernadette was so welcoming. Food was amazing at the restaurant. Room was always well cleaned and spotless. Comfy beds!

You’ll need a ph.d. do work the shower, and a bucket full of patience if you have long hair; the water was barely drizzeling out the shower head…. Terrible shower! Other than that, it was a very nice place. Great location: bus stop right outside and short walk into the city Centre.

Very poor room service, they took my order for a sandwich in the evening and after 45 mins waiting I called again and they said there were people before me and it would be another 30 mins so at that stage I just cancelled the room service and the guy on the phone was quite rude

Amazing hotel that was far enough from the city center to be quiet and peaceful, close enough to walk to everything. Very modern and updated facility that is highlighted by an outstanding pool, hot tub, and fitness center - a lovely, unusual surprise so close to the city and a welcome treat after long days of sight-seeing. The staff was welcoming and helpful with every question we had. Great experience - we would love to return.
