五泊した。 会場のコンベンションセンターに近く便利だった。スーパー、トラム駅が近く、名所旧跡へも徒歩でも大丈夫な距離にある。 ホテルは利用者が多く、混雑していた。 そのせいか、フロント、レストラン、部屋の掃除などスタッフが足りていないように感じた。 朝食はアイリッシュブレクファストを主流に豊富 に用意されている。 全体にはいい印象を持った。

Nice staff and they replied to my questions and requests promptly before we arrived. Nice location and nice river view from the window.(You can see swans every day,too.) A bike rental station is across from the hotel.Train station was very close,too.There are some cafe, retaurants and some supermarkets around the hotel. If you have 2 hours, you can visit several sightseeing spots.Very convenient. There were more expensive hotels in Dublin, but all the hotels' prices of Dublin are too expensive.(I had to spend more than 1 month salary for 5 nights and it was more expensive than air tickets from Japan！) We want to stay at this hotel again if we have a chance to come to Dublin.

部屋は広めで、落ち着いた内装で、きれいでした。バーやレストランも良かったです。街の中心まで徒歩圏内です。またダブリンに行くことがあれば、利用すると思います。1日に1人1本水がついているはずだったのですが、初日以外は催促しないと持ってきてくれませんでした。また、トイレットペーパーの補充も、こちらから要求が必要でした。このように、ハウスキーピングがだめだったので、総合評価はやや下がります。

The breakfast selection was very good.

Staff were friendly and always engaging and friendly. Only two minor draw backs, not enough steps into the pool, I'm 75 and needed help from mjy husband to get out. The second issue, we settled our bill the night before our departure so we could make a quick exit to make the airport in time with the protesters blocking roads. In the morning we wasn't allowed to drop the keys and go, and was told we still owed 18cents! After spending around 1.5k, 18 cents! Really? We'd settled the bill in our eyes and this did spoil our day and imagine of the hotel as petty, nit picking and small minded jobs worths. It also put pressure on our time tsble as the lady that was going to hrlp allowed others to be dealt with, hence jumping the queue.

The room was very nice and clean. All services were great. Unfortunately for some data the spa was closed due to renovations but we were not planning on using it. It would have been a great addition to the stay.

Beautiful hotel and as soon as we arrived we were welcomed by the staff, our room got upgraded and it was amazing, deluxe king room with a surrounding balcony - we were in awe and especially as we were celebrating our anniversary it made our trip feel even more special. Very clean and the amenities were great. We will definitely be coming back to The Spencer when we come to Dublin again.

The hotel is in a great location and is a nice refuge from the busy city but still walkable to the city. There is a nice vibe to the place and the staff were very friendly and professional. Breakfast was decent and the bar was a nice welcoming area to relax. I would possibly stay there again.

I don't normally leave hotel reviews, but the staff were so pleasant and the hotel was really clean and comfortable so I feel I need to! Room facilities were great, Nespresso machine, fridge, robes & slippers. The only disappointment was that I booked on the basis of the pool and spa which was closed for refurbishment at the time of visiting. But otherwise a very comfortable one night stay.
