Aer Hotel Malpensa

空港からホテルまでの送迎は電話連絡したら、15分で迎えにきてくれた。朝は5:00から1時間おきに送迎シャトルあり。それ以外の時間は空港へタクシー利用となる。車で15なので朝は楽だ。部屋には小さな冷蔵庫、ドライヤー、テレビあり。セーフティーボックス、湯沸かしなし。wifiは動画を見ても問題なく使用できた。

空港から歩いて行けそうな距離にありますが高速道路が何本も横切っているので不可能です。車でも高速道路を右に左に走りますので10分以上掛かります。 ホテルは古めで部屋は汚め。 電話をすれば無料で迎えに来てくれますし、値段も安いので有りかな。

今回ミラノ市内がサローネ等のデザインイベントでホテルが満室で、翌朝他の場所に移動であったために宿泊。 夕方マルペンサに到着であったためホテルに着いたのは夜７時前。周りには店もなくホテルに滞在するだけ。 部屋は思ってた以上に綺麗で快適。バスタブなしのシャワーのみでしたが湯量も勢いも問題なし。ミラノ市内がどうしても無理な時にはいいかもです。

マルペンサ空港からすごく近いわけではありませんが、空港への送迎が無料なのがありがたかったです。部屋も清潔で、スタッフも感じがよく、気持ちよく利用させていただきました。

ミラノの中心は安いホテルだと狭くて賑やかなホテルが一般的なので、次の日早朝フライトの場合は空港近くの方が便利で快適です。ただ、空港近辺だと高いイメージですがここはリーズナブルで部屋も快適です。私が利用した日は日曜日だったので、ホテル内のレストランがお休みでした。１０分位歩いた所にイタリアでは異例の18：30にはすでにあいていたレストランがあり、食いっぱぐれなくてすみました。周りには他に食べる所が見当たりませんでしたが、Oleggioの町の中心は歩いて３０分位かかりますがいくつか飲食店を見かけました。

Hyggelig og hjelpsomme ansatte. Transport til flyplassen er en stor fordel. I tillegg en trivelig by i nærheten av hotellet.

Tive problemas de comunicação com o hotel. Mandei mensagem, através da plataforma do Hotel.com, informando que tinha interesse no serviço de transfer no meu desembarque em Malpensa, mas não obtive nenhuma resposta. Em consequência disso, precisei pagar um táxi no valor de 70 euros, uma vez que já eram 22:00 e não havia mais transporte público disponível para a localidade. O funcionário da recepção que nos atendeu alegou não ter recebido mensagem alguma, ficando até assustado com o ocorrido. Não sei se o sistema do Hotel.com tava com problemas no envio das mensagens, o fato é que isso me custou muito caro. Só indico ficar nesse hotel se o hóspede conseguir contato e confirmar o transfer, pois, apesar de não ser distante do aeroporto, a região não é bem servida de transporte, principalmente à noite. O hotel é simples mas confortável. Atendeu às necessidades de uma pernoite para aguardar o voo de volta ao meu país. Quarto com bom espaço e banheiro também. Na volta ao aeroporto, consegui o serviço de transfer e chegamos rápido ao aeroporto.

The airport shuttle picked me up on time and was well marked. The 20 minute ride was through an attractive countryside with a fabulous mountain range backdrop. The exterior of the hotel property needs some work but the interior looked recently renovated. Check in was quick and efficient. On my way to my room and entering my room backed up my thinking the property was recently renovated. The room was large with french doors that opened to let in fresh air. The bathroom was super clean and spacious with a large shower. The hotel restaurant opened at 7:30 pm. The menu was Italian fare. I ordered eggplant parmigiana (probably the best I had ever had) and a mixed green salad with a glass of red wine; all for 20 Euros. I slept well and then enjoyed a typical European buffet breakfast with hard boiled eggs, an array of hams, salamis, and cheeses along with breads and pastries. The shuttle to the airport was timely and efficient. I will most definitely do this hotel again when I return to Milan.

L'unica cosa positiva e' stata il servizio navetta. La struttura e' abbastanza fatiscente.

This hotel is only good for sleeping if you arrive at night before 11 pm because it has free transportation to the hotel. Getting out is a big problem because the buses that pass in front only run every two hours and you have to pay €10 in cash for the fare, which goes all the way to the airport, and then you have to pay another fare to get to the city center. If you rent a car, it's a good option.

Airport shuttle was not available. Staff was rude. Room had no WiFi.

Parking easy outside, Breakfast had a reasonable selection. Staff very friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel because of its affordable price and proximity to MXP airport. There are also supermarkets and restaurants about 1 kilometer away, and it's close to the town center. The hotel has an open-air parking lot, making parking convenient, but the lobby and room facilities are outdated.

The hotel is in need of drastic update, it’s also quite far from MXP approx 16km. Breakfast was basic but actually quite tasty.

From the airport I called the hotel for the airport shuttle, there was no answer. I sent a message on the messaging there was no answer I called hotels.com and they got no answer. My cousin and I were stranded at the airport until we could find other arrangements with no help to hotels.com
