アルベルゴ フィレンツェ

昨年に続き2度目の宿泊ですが、スタッフの対応もとてもよく、気持ちがいいです。 朝食ビュッフェもとても美味して満足です。

コモ湖の周辺散策には良好な場所です。目の前の広場はプロジェクションマッピングがあり、食事をする場所も近くにたくさんあります。今回2回目の宿泊になりましたが、エレベーターはありますが今回の宿泊の部屋が4階でエレベーターを降りて、階段を10段ほど下ったところにあったので、スーツケースなどの重い荷物がある場合は少し大変でした。

週末広場の騒ぎが気になります。

屋根裏部屋タイプの部屋に宿泊しました。窓は天井に１枚あるだけでしたが、部屋は広く、明るく、圧迫感を感じない快適さでした。バスルームは、シャワーのみでしたが広く、使いやすかったです。朝食も野菜はありませんでしたが充実していました。スタッフの対応も適切でした。

最初の3泊はとても広い部屋で快適だった。セカンドチェックイン後の部屋は普通のツインでちょっと狭かったが、衛生面では清潔でよかった。

The band outside the hotel did not stop performing until 11:30 PM on Saturday night. They stopped around 8:30-9:00 PM on Sunday night. I asked the receptionist twice to get the kettle and instant coffee. The receptionist even said some rooms would get a kettle and some don’t. She might hint that we did not pay enough to get their basic service. I believe we did not pay low for our three nights of stay in this hotel. I paid similar price and received full kettle services in my earlier stay in Milan. I willl never check in this hotel again.

Very nice hotel for a short stay in Como

We had such nice experience, in general it has everything you need to enjoy the cozy little city of Como. Parking is not so close but it works out to use a city parking two blocks out.

Chambre parfaite mais un peu sombre, un éclairage principal supplémentaire serait un plus. Il manquait une lampe de chevet mais on nous en a fournit une sur demande. Une prise électrique était en panne. Petit-déjeuner parfait avec beaucoup de choix.

The location is excellent and staff is very helpful. Hotel does not have parking, they recommend a good one that is 5-10 mins away walking and its €24 per day.

Small, but very clean room overlooking the piazza. Great location!

Great Location , right on square. Rooms clean and happy with our choice. Aircon needed in summer worked well, smart tv and comfy beds

Great location and affordable. A little outdated but overall a great experience. Right in the main square with so much to do and walk to.

The AC was not great , make sure you get two room keys if one person goes out with it so do the lights , electrical and AC! My partner went to get coffee and buy ferry tics , I was left in the dark in a hot room till I couldn’t stand it anymore and got out of bed to get another room key!

The room was small but comfortable with the window facing a quiet courtyard. Reception was friendly and informative with regard to their arrangement for reduced rate parking in the garage we parked our rental in. the buffet continental breakfast was in my opinion the best we encountered on our trip and the staff was very accommodating to my discomfort with utilizing the electric juicer with which I have had no prior experience which in hindsight would not have been too much of a challenge to figure out The location could not be better with the entrance onto Piazza Volta with many nearby dining and shopping options.

Albergo Firenze was a great spot, located right on the square & staff were absolutely lovely. We had a delayed flight, & we messaged ahead, staff responded quickly to let us know they were waiting for us. We loved this spot.

Beautiful location.

I stayed in a single room with a twin bed, desk, area to put luggage and a nice bathroom with a small shower. There wss a closet with a safe. Breakfast had coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, bacon, meat, cheese, bread, yogurt, fruit, croissants and a fruit torte. Breakfast was excellent. My room was on the courtyard so it wss quiet. On Friday night, they had a very loud rock concert going on in the square until 11:30 p.m. which could be heard in my room. Francesco at the front desk was very helpful. I would definitely go back.

Good hotel in good location but no parking and in a walking zone. Room was large. Elevator very old and annoying with a pram
