昨年に続き2度目の宿泊ですが、スタッフの対応もとてもよく、気持ちがいいです。 朝食ビュッフェもとても美味して満足です。

コモ湖の周辺散策には良好な場所です。目の前の広場はプロジェクションマッピングがあり、食事をする場所も近くにたくさんあります。今回2回目の宿泊になりましたが、エレベーターはありますが今回の宿泊の部屋が4階でエレベーターを降りて、階段を10段ほど下ったところにあったので、スーツケースなどの重い荷物がある場合は少し大変でした。

週末広場の騒ぎが気になります。

屋根裏部屋タイプの部屋に宿泊しました。窓は天井に１枚あるだけでしたが、部屋は広く、明るく、圧迫感を感じない快適さでした。バスルームは、シャワーのみでしたが広く、使いやすかったです。朝食も野菜はありませんでしたが充実していました。スタッフの対応も適切でした。

最初の3泊はとても広い部屋で快適だった。セカンドチェックイン後の部屋は普通のツインでちょっと狭かったが、衛生面では清潔でよかった。

Great location near the ferry, bus and train station. It was an easy walk to the basilica and funicular. The hotel provides a good variety of items in their breakfast offering.

Perfect position in Como, close to good restaurants and wine bars and ferry service

Helpful polite staff. Excellent location so we chose to stay here as it is only a few mins walk from the ferry terminal, funicular to Brunate, main landmarks and sights. Two train stations about 10 mins away. Downsides- it is an older property and the one lift is slow to get. Our room was on the 5th floor ( attic room with skylight) so always had to wait long for the lift. Lift never worked ( or came if it should have) at the time we stayed between the entrance on the ground and 1st floor where the reception is located so had to carry luggage up the narrow staircase. Breakfast was adequate but lacked a better variety of savoury foods. Had to ask for hot milk for the coffee which the staff were happy to provide but should be standard instead of tiny prepacked uht milk pots. Also had to ask for cappuccinos/other types of coffee as only the drip variety was on offer for a help-yourself breakfast. No staff came around with pots of tea/coffee as in other hotels of the same price/location. In fact the only time any member of staff came was to ask for your room number otherwise they could not be seen unless you popped your head around the kitchen. I am vegetarian so do eat eggs and cheese but no meat products. Scrambled eggs in the same hot tray as sausages etc. One variety of sliced cheese next to cold meats in the same tray and same serving tongs. The management need to learn from other hotel groups how people with varied diets need to he catered for. Hence 3stars

No protection sheets on the beds. Result: got bitten by bedbugs...

Clean and great service.

The hotel is in need of renovation: carpets and walls in the corridors are quite outdated. The shower drain grate would come out of position just by stepping on it leaving the screws exposed and making shower time a challenge. they said they were going to fix it but the next day the problem was still there. For big and thick people the showers can be a challenge as well, I am 5'4” and 145 pounds and it was difficult to take a shower. The breakfasts are great and the breakfast staff was friendly. Overall it was fine for what I wanted; sleep after walking all over Como.

2 night stay for a family of 3. Location was great - very nice little plaza right out front with numerous restaurants and closely located to the main ferry departure location for trips to other towns on the lake. Accommodations were nice, clean and quiet with multiple beds and heated floor. Only knock is that the mattresses were a little firm for my liking. Otherwise, outstanding and reasonably priced.

The staff was sooo friendly and inviting. We are from the States and we traveled with our autistic daughter who is 20 and they were very accepting and no apologies necessary and loved her in their own way. Our Italy trip is filled with amazing people and this stop was just one of them.

The location is beautiful, but kind of noisy at night. The building is old but the room is super nice, very clean. The bedroom is kind of dark, needs to have more light. Cleaning staffs still walked into our room even we did put the sign Do Not Disturb, and my husband was in the bathroom at that time...So weird ??

Would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was ideal, it was very clean and the check out at noon was ideal. There are a lot of nice restaurants close by and the hotel is very close to the lake.

You simply can’t beat pricing with the location of this property! It’s ideally located in the center of Como, right next to the ferry. Staff is friendly, room was available before check-in time, and the place is clean. Will stay here again!

Room was nice but the Air Con machine didn’t work so the room was roasting on an evening. It just blew out hot air. Luckily had a breeze so slept with window open. Other than that it was a lovely room, great facilities & really enjoyed my stay!
