昨年に続き2度目の宿泊ですが、スタッフの対応もとてもよく、気持ちがいいです。 朝食ビュッフェもとても美味して満足です。

コモ湖の周辺散策には良好な場所です。目の前の広場はプロジェクションマッピングがあり、食事をする場所も近くにたくさんあります。今回2回目の宿泊になりましたが、エレベーターはありますが今回の宿泊の部屋が4階でエレベーターを降りて、階段を10段ほど下ったところにあったので、スーツケースなどの重い荷物がある場合は少し大変でした。

週末広場の騒ぎが気になります。

屋根裏部屋タイプの部屋に宿泊しました。窓は天井に１枚あるだけでしたが、部屋は広く、明るく、圧迫感を感じない快適さでした。バスルームは、シャワーのみでしたが広く、使いやすかったです。朝食も野菜はありませんでしたが充実していました。スタッフの対応も適切でした。

最初の3泊はとても広い部屋で快適だった。セカンドチェックイン後の部屋は普通のツインでちょっと狭かったが、衛生面では清潔でよかった。

The hotel located in Volts square. Thus it was very convenient to reach to train station, Como Lake, restaurants and shops by walking. The hotel staff was courteous and helpful. Only thing I would like to recommend is more bright lights in the suite for us to be able to read papers, texts and email messages.

We had a great expierence at this hotel. Really accomdating and central to everyone. Would defs recommend.

Excellent staff and location. Hotel is a bit worn.

The location is great as it is in the middle of everything we wanted to see or walk to! It was a little noisy at night and in the morning as many people were in the piazza at all hours. The air conditioning left much to be desired for how warm it was, but it did take the edge off the heat. The staff was very helpful as we needed to book a water taxi to another part of the lake.

Perfect location! Right in the middle of square with walking to train, ferry and city sites. Room was large and comfortable! Staff was helpful!

Alt var fint og fungerer rigtig godt og så er beliggenhed virkelig fantastisk og en sidste super ting er at der overhovedet ingen larm er, og det var så dejligt.

We had a wonderful stay. The hotel was in a perfect location right on the square.

We stayed during the heat wave and the room was uncomfortably warm. The AC didn’t work well at all. We asked for a fan and that helped. The location is fantastic and the room is quite.

Bra läge i Como. Vi valde bort frukost på hotellet, såg lite torftigt ut men många fik i närheten. ACn blåste men kylningen var inte så bra.

The hotel has a great location. It is within walking distance to city center, ferry terminal. There are restaurants and boutiques in every corner/ street and 1 door down to the hotel. A beauty salon right next door where I did my hair. The staff the best; Irene was Wonderful, compassionate young lady, she was very helpful providing support. We were 4 friends and all of us experienced the same. Then, the ladies at the breakfast area, Rebeca and Dasha, very attentive and friendly. Love that the hotel was right on the plaza. In general it was a great place to stay. Recommended.

Rooms are very clean, staff are very helpful and friendly, hotel is also conveniently located close to the lake and restaurants

Clean room. Great location! Parking a little weird if you don’t know where to go.

Excellent location in the heart of Como. Walkable from the train, close to the ferry station and funicular. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Room was clean and comfortable.
