エアコンの効きが悪い事以外全て完璧。 またヴェネチアに行けるならまたこのホテルに泊まりたい。

Staff were very friendly and helpful and the hotel is in an excellent location right by the main square. The breakfast was plentiful and everything was always topped up without having to ask. I was disappointed that the air conditioning had not been turned on (this is what I was told when I asked) this resulted in a very hot room making it uncomfortable. We opened the windows but that of course let the mosquitos in! The tea and coffee etc in the room was not replenished daily and we had to ask for fresh supplies. The hotel was not cheap and air conditioning is essential. Be prepared for some noise from the street below when the shops open their shutters early in the morning and visitors are walking past.

Un hôtel magnifique à quelque pas de la place Saint-Marc, idéal en famille avec des enfants. Nous avions une grande chambre spacieuse, propre et avec une très bonne literie aussi bien pour les adultes que pour les enfants. Le petit-déjeuner était très bon et restaurant était un délice. Le personnel était très professionnel et sympathique, le petit plus : ils ont donné des œufs au chocolat à ma fille le jour de Pâques. Je recommande à 100 % sur tous les points !

Lovely hotel, only thing that was a bit of a put off was the overpowering smell of room spray/air freshener when you walked into the room, we had to open the window to let fresh air in. The room itself was small but clean. Staff where very friendly. Breakfast was nice with a great choice. Lovely bar area and drinks where a reasonable cost for a hotel. Location was fantastic!

Great location in heart of st. Marks. Lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby. Only downside is that air conditioning was not on yet so it was hot. Otherwise I would definitely stay there again! Included breakfast was a nice touch as well.

Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert und wirklich sehr schön. Zum Markusplatz: Eckhaus direkt bei einer Brücke - über die Brücke, durch einen Durchgang und man steht mitten auf dem Markusplatz. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und sehr gut und das Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich kann das Hotel mit ruhigem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

This was the best hotel that we stayed at while on our trip to Italy. Easy to hop onto the watertaxi, walk through St. Mark's Square and then short distance to the hotel. St Mark's Bascilica and Doge's Palace are just minutes away. On a colorful walking street and if you want a gondola ride, there's one practically right outside the hotel door. The room was beautiful and comfortable and the staff very nice as well as the breakfast buffet. My only complaint is that the bathroom has a barn door, so there was a gap and felt like less privacy. The shower in our room was very small so it might be too tight for a larger person, but it was fine for us. I would definitely stay there again and recommend the hotel to friends/family.

HVAC did not work. Room was very warm and it was only about 60 degrees for a high. Cleaning service made the bed and replaced towels, but left dirty dishes in the room - not just one day, but multiple days. The lower floors of the hotel smelled like a backed up sewer line… Aside from all that and hearing drunks in the middle of the night on the street below, all was wonderful…. LOL I had the window open because neither AC nor fan worked… Not sure if I got the “Expedia room” or if all the rooms were this terrible - but I’d pass on this place!

Excellent location- right next to St Marks Square, so a perfect base to explore on foot. Very polite and helpful staff with 24 hour concierge. Rooms were clean and newly renovated. Fresh towels, coffee pods & water provided daily which was great. Breakfast was good too. All in all, great value for money!

You cannot beat the location. Steps from Piazza San Marco, and a relatively short walk to Ponte de Rialto, and of course great restaurants and shopping all around. The staff was very kind and helpful, and the room itself was great - nicely updated and comfortable. It was an added bonus to have breakfast included, though I would likely eat out if I were to do it again as there are better options. The only thing holding this back from a five star review is the smell, which is tough to get past. It wasn’t noticeable in the room, but once you stepped into the hallway, it was incredibly strong. If you can get past that, it is a wonderful hotel with an exceptional location.

Welcoming, helpful, multi-lingual, and friendly staff. The hotel is within easy walking distance of all major sights; right outside of San Marco. Easy 5-10 min walk from San Marco vaporetto dock. Wonderful and complete breakfast with hot and cold options, breads, fresh fruits, and more. The suite room was well equipped and had a nice rooftop patio.
