The hotel was in a great location. The room was beautiful and included a breakfast that had everything you would want to eat . Would definitely stay there again .

Overall it was a fantastic hotel. Great location and room was very nice. The breakfast bar is not the best we had in Rome but that is a minor thing for us. We loved it.

The property was right outside San Marcos Square. You could not ask for a better location. Air conditioning and breakfast was great, too. Offered dinner. I would definately stay there again.

Overall, this property worked great for our family for the two nights we stayed in Venice. We have two teenage boys so we needed two rooms. The staff was able to accommodate our request for two rooms next to each other so our kids were close to us. Even before our stay, the staff were extremely helpful. They were quick to respond to our messages and helped arrange a water taxi to pick us up from the train station and take us to a drop off about a 5 min walk from the hotel. They also arranged a taxi to take us back to the train station when we were leaving. In addition, we asked for recommendations for a restaurant and gondola ride service; both met or exceeded our expectations. The rooms were updated with comfortable bedding and air conditioning. My only small negative is that the rooms were very small. With four of us, we’re not traveling lightly and there is limited room for opening suitcases. If you’re traveling fairly lightly, this shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, happy with this hotel!

The staff was amazing, the breakfast was very, very good. The views were incredible and the location could not be beat. All in all, it was a very nice stay.

Great location, 2 minute walk to St. Marc square. Hotel restaurant was good, and plenty of other restaurants near by. Bathroom in our room was very small, friends staying on snother floor had a bathroom that was a little bigger. The staff were friendly and very helpful.

Great location steps from St. Marks Square. Staff was wonderful, accommodating and their suggestions for restaurants were great. Also appreciated that they coordinated our transfer to the airport for us. Would stay again in a minute. Thank you.

Great place great location close to everything

We loved this hotel. It is located right on San Marco square. Access to everything you want to see. The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff are friendly and very helpful. It also has restaurant on site. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, so convenient to seeing St Marks at night when the crowds were gone or just wanting to stop back during the day. Good breakfast included.

Staff are trying their best. Have to call out the night front desk guy (I think Marco?) Sicilian with bright orange glasses. He gave us the best restaurant recommendations and we ended up having a 3 hour dinner at the best restaurant in Venice. It's just the insane luggage porter and water taxi setup is actively overwhelming them. Constantly having to direct people to ATMs, calling for porters, it's all too much. Hotel was very clean. Only place I've stayed in Venice without visible bedbugs. TV had Chromecast which was really appreciated. Better signage and systems to allow better communication for staff between guests would go a long way. Even a WhatsApp number would help.
