Best view in town
Great location and beautiful clean bedroom. Rooftop common space is amazing with a great patio. We had a great time staying here.

セルフのチェックインですが連絡取れな過ぎで全くひどい物でした。最悪、部屋に入れない、出た後に戻れないような状態で、あわや路上でホテルに入れずに終わるかなという感じです。
部屋の備品は壊れているし、部屋の指定は曖昧で、別の部屋がメールに記載されているわ…

ホテルへのリクエストを送っても返信が全くない。エクスペディアさんを間に入ってもらったのですが、エクスペディアさんも連絡がつかなくて困っているという感じ。その挙句、1週間前に予約した部屋はオーバーブッキングで泊まれないので、オーナーが他に所有するair b&b に載ってる部屋を準備すると言われたが、そこにどうやって行けばいいのかか尋ねても、何時に着くのか教えてほしいというメールしか来ないので話にならない。結局エクスペディアさんを介しキャンセルして他のホテルを渡航寸前に予約しました。実際にマナローラに行ってこの宿泊施設を見に行きましたが、確かに眺めは最高にいい場所に立ってます。

Was die Beschreibung dieser Unterkunft nicht sagt und falsche Anmerkungen:
Parkiermoegkichkeiten sind 800 Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt und nur zu Fuss steil hinab und dann wieder hinauf zum Parking inklusive mit Ihrem Gepaeck erreichbar
Fruehstueck nicht moeglich
Abgebildetes Fruehstuecksgebaeck muss der Gast selber mitbringen
Keine Kontaktmoeglichkeiten nach Buchungsabschluss. Keine Buchungsbestaetigung von Vermietern erhalten. Telefonnummer nur an der Tuere der Unterkunft nach 800 Meter Marsch mit Gepaeck...unangenehmes Telefongespraech mit Vermietern, welche behauptete, dass sie alles beantwortete in einer Email, welche mich nicht erreichte bis heute. Arrogantes Nehmen und auf keinen Fall empfehlenswert.

Un très bon accueil agréable et serviable.
Chambre famille sans fenêtre, grande et belle dans une cave voûtée. Le fait de ne pas avoir de fenêtre est largement compensée par une magnifique terrasse en rooftop accessible 24/24 idéale pour boire un verre ou prendre le petit déjeuner avec une vue splendide sur la mer.

Sorry to report we were very disappointed, great view is the only reason this location gets a second star. We stayed one night, had two rooms in February. The rooms never heated up, we tried to get help with no luck. Was very clean either. Nobody there to check in and no one there to check us out. This location isn't certified to collect city taxes either, we checked as we tried to pay. Plenty of other places just as nice

住宿地點很不友善，需拖行李步行爬坡約20分鐘，停車場極不方便，飯店備品幾乎沒有，全程無接待人員，網站照片與實際落差大！建議毋須住宿在Manarola，改住宿在拉斯佩齊亞會更好，搭火車來回非常方便！

This is a great place to stay. We booked the room with the sea view. It was magical. Full moon on the horizon and watching the town waking up in the morning. The bathroom was spacious, with a great shower. Also, the bed was comfortable. It is only 5 minutes away from the main square. It you want a quiet town that is a great base to explore the other towns, I highly recommend staying in Manarola.

Our stay here was nothing but amazing! Tatiana was so nice and accommodating, the views were breathtaking from the balcony I enjoyed drinking coffee and watched the sunrise from up there.

The room was literally a basement w/o any view.
We had to go DOWN 2 floors of very steep and dangerous stairs with luggage. This should be described to the guests BEFORE booking.
