レストランの予約を心良く引き受けてくれたり、ブランケットの要望に応えて用意してくれました。シャワーの水が、トイレ部分までフラットに濡れるのが気になりました。ドゥオーモから近いのに、路地を入っているので、静かで治安も悪くありません。ホテルの名前が、変わってることをメールで教えてもらいたかったです。

スーツケースの移動に苦労した

2025年3月に利用。 立地はフィレンツェの観光名所のすぐ近くに位置し、Santamaria

シングルで予約しましたが、運良く二人でも泊まれる部屋に当たり、ベッドも部屋自体も広々で快適でした。他の口コミにもあるように、シャワーにドアが無いので水浸しになることと、お湯の使用量に気を使う点は、２日目以降どうにか慣れました。朝食の選択肢は多くありませんが、少食の私には充分でした。とにかく立地が良く、ウフィッツィ美術館に朝一に並ぶには最適です。スタッフも気持ちよく対応して下さいました。この立地でこの価格は大変ありがたかったです。

設備：エレベーターや部屋の内装はとても現代的で清潔で、非接触カードキーなどの設備も新しさを感じました。お手洗いの横にあったシャワーは衝立があるのみで水飛沫が結構トイレの方に飛びます。カーテンもないです。（床が濡れたらアメニティのタオルで拭くといいと思います） 立地：駅からは少々歩きますが、ヴェッキオ橋・宮殿のすぐ近くに位置しており、ホテルに荷物を置いて街を歩いて観光するには絶好の立地です。ヴィーナスの誕生など有名作も満点なウフィツィ美術館も徒歩2分のところにあります。表通りから路地に入って徒歩5秒のところに入り口があり、近くに落書きもあって日本人にしてみるとお世辞にも治安が良さそうには見えませんが、イタリアの路地にしては随分綺麗なので安心してください。 朝食サービス：パンやシリアル、ハム・サラミ(?)、チーズ、ヨーグルトが置いてあります。料金がかからない分、結構シンプルな品揃えです。ラテ系も作れるコーヒーメーカーやジュースサーバー、ジャムやバターなどはちゃんとあるのでそこはご安心を。 宿泊税の支払いが現金のみで、お釣りの用意にも苦労してたので凡その値段を計算して持っておくとスタッフさんに喜ばれると思います。 総評：街の中心近く、川のほとりに位置していて、フロントは狭いですが中に入ると全然綺麗で普通にいいホテルでした。

A localização é boa e facilita o acesso aos principais pontos da região, apesar de estar em uma rua bem feia. O hotel aparenta ter sido reformado, mas claramente é um espaço adaptado, o que compromete um pouco o conforto. O banheiro não tem box, o que acaba molhando tudo durante o banho. Além disso, o sistema de aquecimento é muito ruim: depois que uma pessoa toma banho quente, é preciso esperar cerca de duas horas para que outra consiga tomar banho quente novamente. Deixa a desejar em vários aspectos.

Great location for short walks to many must-see places. Hotel is very compact but offers a fair level of comfort and convenience, and was kept clean and serviced as requested. Staff all very obliging and professional.

Shower was too small and prone to flooding the rest of the room. Otherwise comfortable and clean room

Quarto limpo e localizacao excelente!

The hotel that I booked, they had closed didn’t tell me . I was out in front of their closed Hotel in the middle of the night. I had to get a cab to their new hotel and was only told they were sorry for the inconvenience. It was dirty. Nothing about it was appealing.

Hotel has multiple locations. I booked a specific hotel near my daughter’s apt. When I arrived I was moved to another location farther away with no prior warning. I could have cancelled my reservation and went to another hotel but they gave me no warning of the move so I was stuck there. Never had this happen before and was quite the inconvenience

This is not a typical hotel where there is a lobby or staff to greet you . Instead it is a set of apartments in a corner building . The person who let us in was awaiting for us at the door at check in. Breakfast was serve in a buffet style . Staff would ask if you would order something else if you like. Continental breakfast is available .Overall it was comfortable and easy to find . Shops and restaurants are all walking distance.

The hotel is extremely well positioned in the heart of Florence. However it was much more basic than the online information suggested. The room was very small but clean. The bathroom was adequate and clean. Wifi was good and all tech/electrical was of a good standard. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was standard but adequate. However, the hotel did not live up to its description online. the photos of the entrance and the breakfast area were misleading. The reception desk was described as open 24/7 when in fact it only ran from 07:30-22:00. Fine in principle but as elderly guests we had chosen this hotel as we wanted access to staff onsite overnight in case of emergency. There was supposed to be a deli/cafe onsite but there was none and given we knew there was no restaurant the lack of cafe was a problem. Again, as elderly guests, we didn;t want to have to go outside just for a snack. On arrival at 5pm the hotel desk was closed "exceptionally" with no explanation and a member of staff waited outside to let us in but could not help us to our room or deal with any queries. For the 1st 24hrs there was no heating in the room and no alternative room to move to. we were forced to put up with this as the reception desk was closed. Overall we were disappointed and would not return or recommend.

Tudo estava muito bom, nosso voo atrasou, chegamos depois do horário final para check in, Mas nos receberam e nos atenderam super bem. Isso mostrou carinho e atenção com os hóspedes. Estava tudo bem organizado. Nós amamos.
