The hotel itself was great but the noise from the bar in front of the hotel at night is was bad. I had trouble going to sleep everyday.

좋은둣 안좋은 숙소로 기억되요 리뉴얼이 되었지만 이상하게 지져분한데 골목의 분위기가 침침해서 그런거같아요. 하지만 직원들은 충분히 친절했어요. 커플여행에는 정말 추천하지 않아요.

조식이 부실해요.리모델링해서 모던해요 샤워실 사용시 지혜가 필요해요

할인가격이 떠서 예약했는데, 할인가가 아니라 원래 그 가격인게 맞는 모텔 수준의 숙소에요. 4성급 혹은 3성급은 절대 아닙니다. 조식은 먹을 수 없는 수준이에요. 객실은 깨끗합니다. 그러나 그것 뿐이에요. 화장실 물이 잘 안나오고 배수도 안 좋아요. 물이 밖으로 넘치는 구조에요. 수건을 매일 바꿔주지 않아요. 가족이 머물렀는데 너무 좁고 , 말 그대로 잠만 자고 나올 수 있는 모텔이었습니다.

호텔 이름답게 우피치 미술관에서 3분거리였고 두오모도 가까워서 위치가 매우 좋았습니다 reception의 직원분 Martina도 매우 친절했고 다른 staff들도 친절했어요! 11살 아들과 편하게 지냈습니다 다음에 또 방문하고 싶어요

I will be contacting Expedia. How dare you charge me almost $500 for that dorm style room with a smelly bathroom that was constantly leaking all I could hear was a drip drip drip all night. The toilet paper was paper thin. You charged me way too much the facility. I am in in Rome cost the same price and is gorgeous compared to what you provided to me in Florence. It was no bigger or better than a dorm room. So tiny, I will be contacting Expedia for a credit. It was way overpriced, and if Expedia does not give me a credit, I will never use them again after using them for the past two decades. It really they really missed the mark on this one.

Pleasant stay, clean, convenient, lovely staffs and always helpful but could be helpful if we have kettle for coffee or tea in the rooms or even in the dining room. Otherwise we love stay there. No complaints at all.

Séjour très plaisant. L’hôtel est idéalement situé, à proximité de tous les points d’intérêt du centre de Florence. Personnel serviable. Seul point noir la rue bruyante dans la nuit et au petit matin. Merci

Nice and clean room, good sheets and towels. Staff very nice, they allow to leave your luggage after checkout and come pick it up later.

Great location and friendly staff

The staff was very helpfull . They organized a breakfast picnic to carry with us for whole day tour around Toscana. It was excellent. Thank you very much. Thank you for the good advice for our tours in Firenze.

Ac broke. They gave me a fan. It started randomly working overnight. The alley outside was loud and all the noise came through my window. The shower soaked the bathroom floor and you only get fresh towels every two days. The staff was very friendly though. Good location.

El desayuno nada variado, echamos de menos fruta. Comedor muy pequeño. El pan nada bueno. Lo demás estupendo!

Th hotel was super smelly. And the rom. Had bugs. The worst thing was the hot water that was not working and taking shower was a huge problem

La mejor ubicación y las habitaciones excelentes. Creo que podría mejorarse el área de comida y los alimentos (desayuno).

The hotel is just off from the buzzing city street and night time can be noisy. You really need ear plugs to be able to have a good night sleep. The location is right near Uffizi Gallery and walkable to everywhere. One thing lucking about the hotel is that there is no kettle and there are no facilities to have hot drinks in the room, which was disappointed. The hotel room is very clean and spacious. The shower time can be a tricky; the hot water is supplied by a tank water system. If one person has shower evern a quick one, next person gets a warm cold shower.... so its best to think who gets shower first or timing between if you are staying more than 2 people. Breakfast is very basic and average, not funcy. I personally don't think this hotel classes as 4 stars, it's rather 3 stars. Be prepare to pay for a city tax on your arrival in cash. We didn't know (there was a note in the details but it was easily missed as it was wrtten in the hiding and expanding sections) and luckily we had cash with us, it was a very surprise cahrge and it wasn't cheap.

It was great and more space than I was thinking. Location 10/10 and a lot of food options
