トレビの泉から５秒、治安も良く安心して泊まれます。スペイン広場も１３分位です。初めて来たのですがとても楽しんでます。又、泊まります

スタッフの対応がとても良かった。トレビの泉まで５秒、治安も良く次回もお願い致します。

連休前とはいえ、ローマ5泊7日で20万円を切る値段だったため、元々ホテルの設備等は期待していませんでした。部屋とベッドは狭く、水回りも老朽化して何となく下水の臭いがする事も。朝食も野菜が少なく困りました。それでも安い方がいい人には勧めます。また、トレヴィの泉のすぐ近くなので、早朝人が少ない時間帯に行けるのは魅力です。（昼間は人でごったがえしていました。スリ等も心配です。）しかし、部屋の広さや水回りの清潔感等、快適な空間を求める人には向きません。

literally just a minute away from Trevi Fountain, in the middle of touristic area. Trevi Fountain itself is under rennovation until June 2015 according to the hotel staff. the hotel is well located, but very small room for its price instead. The room for breakfast is located in the basement, and I did't feel comfortable there, to be honest, it was damp and a bit smelly. breakfast itself was not so good, I have to say. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to my friends.

Nice hotel literally a coins throw from the Trevi fountain. Great clean room, good helpful staff and the lady who is in charge of the breakfast room is amazing. Outside the street is busy! You walk out of the front door into masses of people. Great location for other sights and lots of restaurants and bars very close by.

We have a lovely stay at Boutique Hotel Trevi. The hotel is in a great location - lots of food options in the area and the Trevi fountain just around the corner. The room was clean, the breakfast was delicious and had a lot of variety and the staff was so friendly and helpful.

Amazing location and great staff. BUT…. The rooms are not as clean as could be, maintenance certainly needs attention. BUT, would I stay again? Probably because of location and great reception staff

I did not know it had a balcony!! Never opened the window! The room was nicely decorated but very small as well as the bathroom. It was smaller than my cabin in the cruise ship!! The breakfast was OK and the members of the staff were fine, not friendly but not rude either. I enjoyed the area very much.

A varanda cheirava gordura pois ficava em cima dos restaurantes, inacessível. O Carpete do quarto sujo e em baixo da cama tinha alguns centímetros de poeira. Atendimento da recepção péssimo ma vontade. Decoração antiga. Parece um hotel de rodoviária do Brasil.

Hotel needs to be refurbished bathroom had mold staff could be friendlier

Checking was not good. They didn't have our room ready I thought we weren't going to get a room at one point because they didn't have our reservation number that Expedia is suppose to provide to the hotel. Not sure who's fault it really was waited over an hour and got the room. Staff was pleasant, rooms were tidy however I did find a hair on my bed sheet. The breakfast buffet is ok. We ended up eating elsewhere. It's in a high traffic tons of people day and night. If you like the hustle and bustle I recommend this hotel. I liked it however the cabs cannot get into where the hotel is as there is to many people. So you have to walk with your luggage to the hotel which can be a pain.

I didn’t know that it was on one of the busiest streets in Rome. When I arrived, I was unable to cancel the 3 additional days of my reservation. Workmen began noisy hammering across the hall on another room early in the morning. The air conditioning didn’t work; opening the window wasn’t an option because of the1000s of people coming and going to Trevi Fountain. The front desk said that they turned on the air conditioning (on day 3, after I attempted to get them to turn it on the days before to no avail) but it didn’t work even after that. I asked if my daughter and I could change to a larger room or to a room that wasn’t overlooking the main street and they told me that this was one of their larger rooms. I don’t believe that that was true, nor that any other room was available.

The area was excellent. The lady that manages breakfast made the best cappuccino. The location is excellent we got a good room with a terrace. The bed was really hard and uncomfortable the bathroom not as clean as I like and the shower water pressure was terrible. For the price I paid I was a bit disappointed. They came in to clean our room but sis no cleaning took the towels and forgot to replace them. The breakfast is basic do don’t pay for it it that’s an option but on the flip side the cappuccino was really good

This is not a hotel the room is fit for one person

The location of this hotel is ideal. Our room was a good size, and we had a balcony, which was very nice.

The hotel zero service zero clean it’s not good at all
