It was a very nice hotel.

今ヨーロッパに旅行に行く日本人が少ない。そんな中、イタリア人とコミュニケーションを取るのが難しかった。英語を話せないイタリア人も多く、iPhoneの翻訳頼み。しかし、日本には無い　石造りの宮殿のような内装。気になる臭いや、古臭さも無く、快適に探した。ただ照明がグラグラしたり、セイフティボックスが壊れていたりしたが、それ以上にインテリアが素晴らしかった。

Very nice hotel in a great location and extremely helpful staff.

Beautiful old hotel with a lot of grand style. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the buffet staff were exceptional, which is not common.

Chambre & SdB spacieuses. Personnel sympathique et petit-déjeune buffet très correct. Emplacement hôtel idéal.

A very minor gripe was that there were no flannels in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was superb. Food and drinks were reasonably priced and the staff very helpful.

Great hotel, the location is very convenient, close to tourist spots, shops and restaurants. The staff is friendly, the rooms are big and spacious, the bathroom is great! Amazing lighting. Down side is that the hotel is noisy, you can hear people on the streets and other rooms

Beware, Unfortunately, hotel never mentioned how to get to their location by car, they did reserve a parking spot in the valet garage for us. One problem with this hotel it’s in a bus only lane fine area. Google tells you to a U-turn at intersection light, which is a one-way oncoming traffic-wrong direction fine. Only way to get in is to do your U-turn over a double double line which we got a ticket for but the lowest of fines. The hotel is amazing, clean, beautiful staircase the staff is wonderful, the breakfast is great. The service outstanding. Great location otherwise near Piazza Ferrari.

To begin with, the hotel was amazing. Not only in looks, but so many other facets as well. The architecture, the cleanliness, the service, the food from not only the restaurant but the breakfast served in the a.m, everything was just beyond expectations. The location of the actual hotel was perfect for shopping, travel, and sites to see. The train station was about a 10 min walk from the doors. A taxi service was a five minute walk in the opposite direction if you wanted to go deeper and explore more of the city. I can't say enough how convenient everything was. We had a package delivered her as well completely by happenstance and they easily accommodated us. A special place full of anything and everything you could want from a hotel. We highly recommend this location for those wanting to experience Genovese for the first time, or even the 100th.

Very beautiful hotel in the heart of Genoa, with almost everything within walking distance. Great architecture and museums. Hotel staff were outstanding.

Nice rooms, good breakfast, very nice service from the staff.

Check in was good. Quick and efficient. Room was a bit strange. Looked directly into the internal courtyard . Layout was not ideal. Pillows a bit hard. Property is nice in a very good part of town.

Beautiful hotel. Front desk staff was wonderful. The breakfast was very good but breakfast hostess was not the friendliest, I would expect a smile or warm greeting from someone who seats you

A localização desse hotel é sensacional, conhecemos a cidade e os principais locais históricos a pé, sem ter que andar muito. Os restaurantes também ficam a cerca de 15/20 minutos de distância. O café da manhã é muito bom, com expresso, frios, queijos, ovos mexidos, pães, yogurts, doces. Lojas também estão ao lado do hotel. O quarto e o banheiro tem um bom espaço, mas tinha apenas 1 apoio para as malas e o espaço de banho era bem pequeno.

Excelent room very comfortable, very good wi-fi. Super breakfast and very good location near everything.

Breakfast is amazing! Staff was great. Andre at the front desk was very helpful with recommendations and booking dinner reservations. We were a family of 8 with 3 rooms. The hotel is in a great location to shops, dining and transportation. Highly recommend staying here.
