送迎サービスが秀逸で、港からの送迎から、帰りの皆とあの送迎、チケットの手配全てやってくれました。 食事はホテルのレストランを使いましたが、サービスが素晴らしく、もちろん料理もとても美味しかったです。

非常に良いホテルで、心地よく過ごすことが出来ました。 カプリ側、ナポリ側を見渡せる眺望の良さ、スタッフの対応の良さ、朝食の豊富さ、部屋の快適性、装飾品のセンスの良さ どれも抜かりがありませんでした。また、アナカプリにも歩いて行けるため、散策もしやすい立地でした。

これまで宿泊したホテルの中でも最高の1軒です。想像を超える素晴らしい立地に恵まれ、スタッフの最高のホテル作りへの情熱を感じます。Highly recommend to couples, who want to spend romantic stay in Capri. Also, SPA, and Dinner at the hotel restaurant also exceeded our expectation!

船着き場のあるマリーナグランデからアナカプリ行きバスに乗り、アナカプリ地区に入って最初のホテル。 海沿いの絶景が堪能できる。プールがあるので泳ぎたい人は水着を持って行くと良い。

How wonderful it was to open the curtains in the morning and look out and see the sea panorama of Ischia Naples, Mount Vesuvius, Sorrento all in one sweep. That alone was worth staying here, but in addition, the room was comfortable. The facility was clean and charming. Only mention is our room had a tub set up only and was a little slippery tricky to get in and out for a shower. The staff were superb and helpful at every turn. The location is ideal easy to walk to charming ann Capri and the shuttle service and local transport helps with other places. We utilized the convenient the pick up and drop off shuttle service. Eat breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed a wonderful meal at the restaurant too. The little cave like steam room was so cute. The hotel is well managed, and we hope to return someday.

Our stay was absolutely unforgettable. The views and world-class service were everything you’d expect from a five-star hotel, but it was the warmth and kindness of the staff that truly made the experience so special. Every detail was handled with care, making our time there both relaxing and memorable.The sunsets over the infinity pool were spectacular. Great location to go for a short walk to Anacapri and villa Michelle.

Caesar Augustus is simply extraordinary. From the moment you arrive, you’re treated like a valued guest in a private villa rather than a hotel. The view over the Bay of Naples is breathtaking — one of the most beautiful panoramas in the world. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel at home, with impeccable service and genuine warmth. A special thanks to the wonderful team at the reception and concierge, who were incredibly helpful and attentive, and to the drivers handling transfers — all of them truly made our stay smooth and memorable. The rooms are beautifully designed, blending classic Capri charm with modern comfort. Breakfast on the terrace is a memory we’ll treasure forever. This is a place where everything — location, service, and atmosphere — comes together flawlessly.

Excellent hotel, good service in one of the best part of capri

You are greeted at the door at reception and shown around the property and they strive to please you. Rooms and amenities are luxury quality. Breakfast buffet is great with proper settings and indoors, which is great because you can eat without bees attaching you. Nice robes, slippers, towels and amenities. They do a turn down service with fresh towels. The best asset to this hotel is the amazing view, you are at the top of a huge cliff in Anacapri facing the ocean, Napoli and Sorrento. The only con is the hotel is on a busy street neighboring a children sports camp and can be noisy all day. It’s about 10-15 minute walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

Our experience at Caesar Augustus in Anacapri was quite underwhelming. The hotel feels dated and offers the overall experience of a 3-star property rather than a true 5-star one. We were given a room where water leaked from the shower, flooding the floor; despite attempts to fix it, the issue remained unresolved. Cleanliness was average, and the food was just acceptable! Certainly not what one would expect at this level. We had chosen this hotel for our honeymoon, expecting a memorable stay, but unfortunately it left us disappointed. For the price and reputation, the service and quality fall short. I would strongly recommend thinking twice before booking, as it does not live up to the standards of a luxury hotel.
