シャトー モンフォール

I was torn between a four-star hotel near the Duomo and a five-star hotel a bit farther away, and ultimately chose this one. My room was in the attic, with only a skylight and no window to look outside, but it was spacious and comfortable. The shampoo and conditioner were from Diptyque, adding to the pleasant experience, so the lack of windows didn’t bother me at all.

タオル交換を忘れられたのにはびっくり。立地は都心から少し離れ、タクシーは結構高いし、地下鉄での移動となる。朝食は充実しているが、人によって対応がまちまち。凄く愛想が良いのと超絶ぶっきらぼうがいる。部屋はそんなに広くない。部屋に限ると自分の中では四つ星の感覚。困った時のスタッフの対応は誠実で良かったが、もう少しテキパキできるとなおグー。

コンパクトなホテルだが歴史を感じるインテリアで、サービスも老舗にふさわしくしっかりしたもの。部屋のインテリアもそのデザインで、かつ細かいところまでよく考えられたレイアウトである。排水口の蓋は取らないとうまく流れなかったのが残念。

ハネムーンと伝えたところ、スパークリングワインとフルーツをサービスしてくださいました。とても親切なスタッフが多く幸せな滞在となりました。

ホテルに向かって歩いていくとエントランスに到着する前にドアマンが駆け足で駆け寄ってくださって荷物を運んでくださいます。フロントの方もにこやかでとても好印象でした。１泊滞在でしたので、小さめのお部屋。メルヘンなコンセプトでとても可愛かったです。バスタブもありシャワーの水圧も問題なし。アメニティのパッケージも可愛く、香りもとてもよかったです。 お部屋においてあったプレゼントのクッキーはとてもおいしかったです。 中心地から少し離れていて、周辺飲食店は少なめですが、とても良いホテル。 トラムの駅がすぐ近くで、朝もトラムの走る音で目が覚めました。

Hotel is in a great location and beautiful. Very quiet. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff was very friendly. Unfortunately there was an event at the spa, so we couldn’t use it the morning we had available. But the massages were wonderful.

Great location with amazing staff

The staff, facilities, location to metro and tram transportation are excellent. The breakfast was located in a very charming series of rooms which made it pleasant to linger, the food was better than most breakfast buffets so that’s the plus. Had a late night snack in the bar, which is off the lobby in a beautiful glass atrium. The staff is very attentive and knowledgeable, should you need advice and or a car service to the airport. The rooms are nicely appointed, but you do need to be comfortable with the person you’re with because the all glass shower has no privacy. The only thing that needs improvement for me is the AC doesn’t cool enough for those of me. I do like it cold and I realize this is not normal in Europe. if there was a continuous fan option for air movement this would’ve been a perfect hotel for me to try again.

Chateau Monfort Hotel is a beautiful hotel! It is so beautifully decorated and the rooms are a good size with comfortable beds. The staff could not have been more professional, helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and the bar was a daily evening stop for a Hugo spritz! The hotel is in a great location making it easy to get around. It's an easy walk to the Duomo, the Galleria and some of the high end shopping streets.

This is a gorgeous, boutique property staffed by wonderful people. My room was beautiful. The amenities were of excellent quality. Great location.

Chateau Monfort is an amazing hotel, the staff is great, friendly very helpful easy to approach. The breakfast was very good, it had a wide variety of different dishes to choose from. The coffee/ drinks bar served the best cappuccino. It is situated so close to the Cathedral the palace and the shopping area. I would highly recommend anyone going to Milan please let this hotel be your choice to stay at you would not regret it.
