Friendly and helpful staff

- The "single" bed is made up of 2 beds combining together @@, so there is an obvious gap in between the 2 beds, not comfortable at all! - Though they have a bathroom of decent size, somehow the space between the shower curtain and the wall is rather narrow, which makes it rather impossible to take a shower without either touching the curtain or the wall...(my friend who is size 2 female is also having the same problem, so bet most of the people will face this issue, so DO reconsider whether to stay here if that would bother you a lot) - The tissue box looked as if someone pulled a lot of tissues out of it and then stuff them all back (i.e. a "ball" of tissue stuck at the opening of tissue box), we did not dare to use it.

The hotel is great. Staff was nice. The breakfast was delicious. Room was comfortable. Had a wonderful night over there

The room is well decorated, and in fact each room is assigned difference themes of decoration. It is clean and well tidied. Their staff are friendly and helpful. You can buy bus ticket just from their reception, and they have portable wifi rent service, thought I have not tried that. The hotel is however a little far from metro station then I expect, which takes a 10-minute walk from the nearest metro station to get there. There is a tram connecting it to the Milan Centrale train station. So it is still an easy place to get to. Overall I have a great experience to stay in here for two nights.

actually not worth living, not worth the 5 star price. actually more like a 4 star standard. the front desk middle age lady looks not that friendly. the room service also not five star. also one of the young lady in the breakfast is not helpful. won' t choose again.

酒店位處市內高尚住宅區，但後面人流比較複雜，於交界路口旁，不過仍屬寧靜，如搭乘公共交通工具的話，可能也要花丁點時間到達酒店，酒店前亦有輕軌，唯我不了解路線，故未有嘗試。內部裝潢舒適，充滿意大利風格，寧靜，隔位良好，旁邊有人在開party亦影響不到。值得一提的是浴簾，浴簾是用上兩層布質用料，而不是膠，好奇布質會吸水，那是否每天更換才不致發霉。房內亦有少許問題，但不影響酒店整體評價，例如房門需費力有技巧地鎖上，音響接駁失靈，浴室門未能完全鎖上，床並不是固定，會滑動，當碰撞到床頭架會輕微搖擺等這些小問題。酒店內亦設有歡迎零食及糖果，早餐亦算豐富，有整板的蜂巢作塗麵包之用。員工和藹可親，很耐心傾聽你的需要和問題，亦很友善有禮，總體而言，是一所有用心經營的酒店。

This was probably the most beautiful hotel I’ve ever stayed at, I really have nothing negative to say it was a magical gorgeous. Well run amazing experience and I cannot wait to return. The staff was incredibly helpful. The rooms are magnificent. The location is great. It is a real gem.

An otherwise normal stay was when the front desk staff requested a 40 euro ‘hospitality charge’, which they claimed was customary in Milan (absolutely false). They then said that it was optional but that the staff would appreciate the money. Hotel Management should be completely ashamed of themselves for exploiting their guests and their own staff. Nowhere in Italy is this customary. Left a really bad impression.

Wonderful staff, beautiful rooms, great bar and restaurant. It’s close to everything you need in Milan. Truly enjoyed this stay! Highly recommend.

Spacious room with a lovely decor. Super friendly staff and fabulous breakfast.

The room was so romantic. We watched fireworks on NYE right from the balcony (and happily slept with the custom picked pillows after). Check out the pillow menu and the restaurant. Great location. Highly recommend.

Belle chambre confortable. Bon petit déjeuner avec un très bon choix. Ce que j’ai moins apprécié lors de mon Check out était le fait de me faire facturer un “tip volontaire” pour tout l hôtel. Je trouve que le pourboire se donne volontairement et individuellement. Je n’ai pas envie qu’on me force à donner un pourboire décidé par l hôtel pour toute l’équipe. Ce sera un motif pour lequel je ne reviendrai pas.

Komfort, Frühstück, Wohlbefinden, sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Team, ein traumhaftes Zimmer; was will man mehr!

Utrolig fint hotell. Hyggelig personale, og veldig rent. Fantastisk spa og fint treningsrom. Hotellet ligger rett ved metroen, så det er et stort pluss. Vil absolutt anbefale dette hotellet i Milano.
