Pulizia 🔝, colazione con tutto e di più, personale gentile e cordiale, parcheggio per una sessanta auto e c'è anche coperto, siamo stati venerdì sabato e domenica partenza ma lo consiglio.

very nice hotel, clean, good bathroom, very good size bedroom, walking distance to shopping , easy for public transit, good breakfast nice selection of sweets.

The hotel staff was very helpful. Scheduled a cab for me. Made me a cappuccino at 5am. The staff was incredible.

Unica cosa buona il parcheggio interno custodito! Arredamento vecchiotto e pulizia al minimo indispensabile! seconda sera non ci siamo potuti fare la doccia perche avevano fatto lavori e l’acqua usciva piena di ruggine ! Quindi ho pagato per un servizio di cui non ho usufruito ! Per il resto tutto normale niente di speciale anzi!

Several big errors in Expedia’s description of this place. 1) it is **NOT** connected by any kind of shopping center, even though the Expedia site specifically states “connected to Shopping Center”. It cost us $70 in euros return to get a cab to the mall and back! 2) there is ** NOT** “an airport shuttle”, in fact the cab they called charged us $40 for a 5 minute cab ride. Absolutely disgusting!! 3) there is no air conditioning and the rooms desperately need it, they are really stuffy and smell of mildew- and this isn’t even the “hot season” yet in early May, and when you open the windows you get the smell of sewage along with mosquitoes. The staff person on the front desk when we arrived spoke little to no English. We asked for a taxi to the mall, it took 4 times going back inside in 35 mins to ask where it was before anyone showed up and it was a woman in an unmarked car, who spoke zero English, and had to use a translator app. She was nice enough but this seemed really odd. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone English speaking, the area looks very sketchy around the hotel, and not safe. Looking back we should have stayed further away. I doubt a taxi would have cost any more than it did. Tourist gouging at its finest.

Wasn't much special about this place. In a industrial area.

Long way to the center of Napoli and taxi aint cheap, and the transport around is not to good

Great value, close to airport, professional front desk. Just right for our purpose - to get to the airport at 4am. They even arranged the ONLY reliable taxi we had during our whole trip.

The property is very close to the Gare du Nord train station and has some lovely breakfast cafes down the road. Only downside is we waited a long time for checkin even though there were only a couple people before us and two people at the desk.
