スタッフの対応が親切です。朝食の際に宿泊客一人ひとりに対して、困ったことはないかどうかとスタッフに声をかけてくださりました。 立地に恵まれているので滞在中は徒歩で移動することができました。 現在ではエレベーターが設置されているので、階段でのスーツケースの移動はないです。 部屋の環境としては、トイレの音漏れが少し気になりました。

The staff was awesome however the room was very small and badly needed updating. It was old and rather depressing. Luca, Bianca, Victoria and ILaura were terrific! The staff is the reason people come back. Very clean and the breakfast was adequate. (Not a lot of choices) The location is great. Very close to many must see attractions. Easy walk to the Vatican.

We liked this hotel as it was small, the staff are friendly and helpful and all main attractions are easily walkable. Would definitely stay here again the next time we visit Rome.

Die Zimmer sind merkbar schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem im Bad merkt man schon Rostflecken und große Kratzer überall. Wir hatten die Suite, dort ging der Aufzug direkt ins Zimmer, was zum Nachteil hatte, dass man eben diesen jedes Mal hörte und vor allem frühmorgens zu gezwungenen aufstehen führte. Das Personal ist äußerst bemüht und durch die Bank sehr sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wonderful hotel, great location and close to all main monuments

I want to start off by saying that staff was very welcoming and attentive during our stay. Rooms were not in the best condition, especially the bathroom. It was very rusty and looked moldy. We didn't request a change because our stay was only for one night but anything longer would have been unacceptable.

Pros - Fabulous location, walking distance to all sights. Staff very friendly and attentive. Free 1st round mini bar. Umbrellas for use. Breakfast fab. Cons - Family room is on the ground floor behind reception. No soundproofing in rooms or double glazing so you can literally hear everything all times of the night. Friday/Saturday night was the worst. Also bear in mind there is no concierge after 10pm so if any guest forget the pass code or key. You will be knocked awake to open the door as we experienced during our stay. It should be noted on the family room, I think if you was further up the building the noise would not be quite as bad but in the family room window is street level so just be aware if your wishing to book.

Room was dusty, breakfast barely sufficient.

This was a great hotel with excellent, helpful, and friendly, staff. We liked that it was close to everything-- shopping, many dining options, museums and Piazza Navona. It is located within a 15 minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. The room was spacious and clean, and we would definitely stay there again!

Hotelet ligger centralt och på en trevlig gata. Sköna sängar. Ganska mycket oväsen utifrån både sent på kvällen och tidigt på morgonen. Ett stort minus att frukosten inte var klar på utastt yid sista morgonen när vi skulle åka hem. Blev utan kaffe/te och buffen varcinte var inte framplockad..

The room was clean, and staff were very helpful especially when I needed assistance with getting my husband to the hospital when he became ill with kidney stones.

The staff was very helpful and kind. We arrived early (noon) to store our luggage and our room was ready, a blessing after a long flight. We had a small room with a good sized balcony that had a table, chairs and couch. VERY comfortable bed and pillows. Enough hangers for clothes, coffee/tea in room. Great breakfast with eggs, bacon, ham, turkey, pastries, fruit, veggies. 4 juices, coffee and tea. The location was perfect! Very close to piazza novonna. Not far from Vatican City over a pedestrian bridge. Not far from Pantheon. We also walked to the colosseum and to the gardens on the hill (amazing at sunset)! Note we are walkers, if not taxis are always parked at corner of the pedestrian road the hotel is on, 3 minute walk. Best food and service we had in Rome was at the restaurant next door! Elevator to 3rd floor only we had about 10 steps to our room. During season the rooftop bar is open, closed November 15th.
