スタッフの対応が親切です。朝食の際に宿泊客一人ひとりに対して、困ったことはないかどうかとスタッフに声をかけてくださりました。 立地に恵まれているので滞在中は徒歩で移動することができました。 現在ではエレベーターが設置されているので、階段でのスーツケースの移動はないです。 部屋の環境としては、トイレの音漏れが少し気になりました。

ナボーナ広場にすぐと、ロケーションはとてもいいが、ローマ初心者にはわかりづらい場所かも。シーツは宿泊3日で一度も取替えなし。トイレットペーパーの 補充も不十分。隣の部屋のシャワー、トイレの音だだもれ。チェックアウトも11時厳守と融通が利かない。エレベータないのは致命傷。日本でいう４Ｆだったため、登りとチェックアウト時のスーツケース下ろしはきつかった。

Hotel is very nice and located in a location close to restaurants & plaza . Breakfast was very good. Staff was excellent.

Staff were amazing, they go above and beyond to accommodate us. Special mention to Luca and Toni who made us feel comfortable and special. Love that Coronari is very convenient to restaurants, shops and very close to Trevi fountain, Piazza Navona and The Vatican. Will chise this Hotel again in the future. Thank You

Really convenient location in city of Rome with main attractions all within walking distances. Great close by restaurants for dining. The breakfast is delightful and of a good range. Air conditioning is excellent and much needed during the summer months. Best was the service and staff who were all very friendly and helpful - especially the manager with the circular glasses who was exceptionally welcoming. There is also a rooftop terrace which was quiet and delightful for drinks.

The Coronari Palace is the perfect location to stay in Rome! Only a minute away from the Piazza Navonna and numerous restaurants and shops! The staff was very friendly and the hotel was clean and updated.

Great place to stay

The staff were really lovely. We met 3 reception staff, 2 breakfast staff and the young lady tending the rooftop bar. Everyone, without any exception, was friendly, helpful and very welcoming. We had no issues with anything the whole week we were there. The hotel is in the most brilliant location. Walkable to all the major sights (we did nearly 50 miles in the week) and handy for dining when we didn’t want to go far in the evening. Breakfast had everything we needed - including some delicious pastries that we didn’t! Thank you Coronari, for making our third visit to Rome so enjoyable. If we return we will definitely stay with you.

Best customer service ever and the breakfast was delicious. I slept so well. And it was conveniently located. Highly recommend.

Great location. Everything was within walking distance. outstanding staff. The staff were very helpful and kind. Breakfast was included but I wish it would have changed every few days instead of the same thing every morning but it was still very delicious. Great rooftop bar.

Fantastic centrally located property. We walked everywhere. 30 to 40 minutes max and that was to the Coloseo. No traffic allowed on this street. Shops and fantastic restaurants very close by (and all over!)

Hyggeligt lille hotel med meget central placering i Roms små, hyggelige gader, med masser af caféer og sjove butikker.

Everything was great

The staff was wonderful and accommodating to our needs. The location is excellent, we walked everywhere. It is located on a wonderful cobble stone street, with many great shops and restaurants. It’s excellent for walking about, to all main attractions, and the Coronari Street is mainly used for walking. We never used a cab until we left, and the hotel was literally 2 minutes away from the taxi area.

Hotellet ligger bra placerat med promenadavstånd till de stora sevärdheterna. Det är ett litet och modernt hotell med bara 15 rum. Personalen är glad, professionell och tillmötesgående. Rummet var så svalt och skönt i ett 35- gradigt Rom.
