入口が少し分かりづらいが、施設には満足です。

スタッフが非常に親切

The cleaning was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. Transportation is easy with the train station nearby, and shopping and restaurants are possible within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a good stay, although there were times when we were in a hurry to get in touch with the front desk when an irregularity occurred late at night!

部屋が狭い。私は英語があまり話せないが、値段の割には配慮なく、不親切。残念でした。駅まで、スーツケースが石畳で運びにくい。

立地もよくとてもきれいなお部屋でした。 スタッフも気さくな方で好感が持てました。

最低です。二度と宿泊する事はありません。　支払いに関して問題が起きたのですが、その担当者が全く対応できない、翌日他の担当者に話をしても申し送りされていないため「私は知らない、その時の担当者は採用初日のためだ、しかし前履歴は良いので採用された。」などとイタリア的言い訳をぶっ放す。知るか！　流石にこちらも切れ気味に説明すると最後は謝罪、またこの件について支配人に報告致しますとの弁明を受ける。　このような不愉快な思いをするならアルノ川で野宿を選びます。

Posizione comoda, a due passi dalla stazione e dal centro. La camera era comoda e pulita. Letti comodissimi. Tutto perfetto.

It was very close to the river which was nice to walk along! It had the basics room wise as a single person! But the breakfast was awesome. I could hear every move of the room next to me.. from turning on the sink water to moving around. I slept through it. Just was an observation.

Quartos excelentes e equipe também. Estávamos em um quarto quádruplo, tivemos um problema no exaustor do banheiro e nos alocaram em dois novos quartos, sem qualquer custo. Muito prestativos. Café da manhã muito bom.

Room & common areas are very clean. Bathroom has everything you need. They change the sheets & pillow cases every day. The staff is helpful. Breakfast while a bit limited has both hot & cold selections.

Ein kleines, aber sehr sauberes und feines Zimmer mit einem super Bett, in dem wir beide alle drei Nächte total gut geschlafen haben. Sehr ruhig! Alles perfekt. Der Garagenservice hat auch bestens geklappt!

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms and a lovely breakfast. The rooms are clean with high ceilings, the hotel is centrally located, near the river and bridge to cross to the other side, giving you lots of options. There is a flight of stairs at the front of the building, it has a small lift to take you up to the reception of the property. If your room is on that level, no need to take additional stairs. However, if your room is located on the higher level, you will need to walk up a small flight of stairs to get there. There are staff to help with luggage during check in and check out.

Central and close to attractions. Staff was very helpful. The security to get inside the hotel is a lot: you have to use an “electronic key” to open the big door ( remains close after 9 pm), then enter the passcode to open the gate. The elevator is SMALL, the stairs to get to the 3rd floor where the hotel is located, didn’t have light ( at least the 1st night we used). The electric connection to use the coffee machine or the kettle didn’t fit the wall, so we have to disconnect the mini fridge while we use any of this 2. The bathroom was clean but the water kept running if we didn’t pay close attention. The 4th floor rooms didn’t have access to the elevator so you have to use the stairs ( inconvenient with big luggage). Breakfast was really good and staff was super super nice.

O quarto é confortável e estava sempre limpo. Todas as pessoas com quem falamos foram muito atenciosas. Somente sugiro que conserte a porta do box do banheiro do apartamento 5 que não fecha completamente e molha o piso do banheiro.

A nice hotel with attentive staff. Going back in a few days.
