The cleaning was spotless and the breakfast was delicious. Transportation is easy with the train station nearby, and shopping and restaurants are possible within walking distance. The staff was friendly and helpful, and we had a good stay, although there were times when we were in a hurry to get in touch with the front desk when an irregularity occurred late at night!

部屋が狭い。私は英語があまり話せないが、値段の割には配慮なく、不親切。残念でした。駅まで、スーツケースが石畳で運びにくい。

最低です。二度と宿泊する事はありません。　支払いに関して問題が起きたのですが、その担当者が全く対応できない、翌日他の担当者に話をしても申し送りされていないため「私は知らない、その時の担当者は採用初日のためだ、しかし前履歴は良いので採用された。」などとイタリア的言い訳をぶっ放す。知るか！　流石にこちらも切れ気味に説明すると最後は謝罪、またこの件について支配人に報告致しますとの弁明を受ける。　このような不愉快な思いをするならアルノ川で野宿を選びます。

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The receptionist is very helpful, friendly, professional, and pleasant!

Such a wonderful property. The location is very convenient being only a 10-15 minute walk to the train station and easy access to everything else in the city. The staff is extremely attentive, helpful and attentive.

We had the most amazing stay at Dedo. The service was exceptional, next level. Have breakfast provided so go hadn’t and the location was great to access everything on foot.

Arrivati in “hotel” siamo stati accolti dal receptionist un po’ antipatico nei modi di fare. Nonostante quello, abbiamo trovato una camera accogliente e pulita. Il problema principale erano le persiane rotte che non ci hanno permesso di dormire perché c’erano solo le tende che facevano filtrare la luce del sole già all’alba. I letti erano un po’ scomodi, ma sopratutto il letto singolo posizionato sotto la tv e il condizionatore la considero una cosa decisamente improponibile. Il bagno era bello, unico appunto la porta che aveva montato la serratura invertita (si chiudeva dall’esterno) La colazione era buona, forse poca scelta nei prodotti; sicuramente sarebbe meglio posticipare la chiusura di mezzoretta. Una nota positiva per il personale delle pulizie e la signora alla reception molto gentile e disponibile. Ultimo appunto che ci ha lasciati a dir poco sgomenti è stato il pagamento finale dove il “receptionist” (già citato all inizio) ci ha presentato il conto a dir poco salato per il servizio ricevuto e non ci ha concesso nemmeno 5 centesimi a persona di sconto (35 centesimi totali).
