荷物を置くのにお金がかかる

Very convenient with easy access to both bus and tram in 100 m which go to venezia island. Several restaurants around and also supermarkets. The room was quite small and the wall between the rooms may be thin, but was clean enough. The breakfast was nice too.

We only stayed one night and this was not a destination for us; it was fairly close to the airport. That said, I felt favorably toward this hotel. The room wasn't very big, but the neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed the local vibe when we took a walk. We went over 1km looking for a restaurant but ended up eating at Taverna Fontana (I highly recommend this restaurant!). The bathroom was big enough and functional, and the bed was mediocre. For an airport-related stay, I was happy with the room and location.

Easy and helpful staff. I, myself had q delayed flight and chatted with them, they stayed at work to let me in 2,5h after closing. Very generous. The room I had has AC, looked clean and was comfortable. Staff was a bit irritable/impatient in the morning but overall it was a good stay. I was there 1 night.

Hotel bem localizado. Bom atendimento. Só a mulher que cuida do café da manhã é muito grosseira. Mas o restante da equipe é simpática

Transportation was very easy to get to from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel to Venice, and from the hotel to the Mestre station for our next stop. I like that there was air conditioning

Hotel a 2 minuti dalla fermata bus da e per l’aeroporto e a 5 minuti da quella del tram per Venezia. A pochi passi ci sono bar, ristorante e supermercato. Zona molto tranquilla anche nelle ore serali. Camera pulita e comoda. Colazione abbondante e molto buona. Tutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato nei giorni di permanenza è stato veramente di una gentilezza che difficilmente abbiamo trovato altrove. Ci hanno dato degli ottimi consigli per visitare la città e sono stati veramente disponibili. Struttura consigliata 🤗

Liked the A/C and en-suite bathroom. Room very clean, plenty of clean towels/hot water. Staff very helpful. Great little restaurant nearby.

Nos gustó mucho! Tomábamos el tranvía en la esquina y nos dejaba justo en Venecia en 5 minutos. Con gusto regreso con ustedes!

The reception area staff was extremely helpful for us to get into Venice and back. And where to go, get something to eat. He was amazing. The room was nice and clean. The bed was a little hard but was ok, the location was very nice. It was in a residential area with close by market. Restaurants and bars.

El personal del hotel muy amable, además del mapa de Venecia, te dan un mapa del tranvia de la línea 1 que se coge a 150 metros del hotel, parada Molmenti (de tranvia y de autobús), en 10 minutos te lleva a la Plaza Roma en Venecia donde se cogen los vaporettos y los autobuses a Mestre (el autobús nocturno circula desde las 12 de la noche), el último tranvia sale de la Plaza Roma dirección a Mestre a las 23,50h. Te explican las líneas de los vaporettos y venden en el hotel las tarjetas de 24, 48 o 72 horas que incluyen los viajes de tranvia, autobús y vaporettos. Nosotros hemos estado 3 días y el bono lo hemos aprovechado al máximo. El hotel está muy bien, habitación limpia, sencilla y con minibar, con un desayuno muy bueno. En la misma calle dirección al tranvía, hay un supermercado grande. El desayuno es de 8 a 10, hoy venían a recogernos a las 8 para ir al aeropuerto y nos han puesto el desayuno antes para que nos fuéramos ya desayunados. Hotel muy recomendable por calidad/precio, personal muy eficiente y amable y la comodidad de estar en Venecia en 10 minutos con todas las líneas de vaporettos en la Plaza Roma.

The hotel is very clean all around. The common areas and room as well. It is not located inside Venezia area but is very accessible to the transportation to and from Piazzale Roma. There is T1 tram stop 5 minutes walking to Venice and a bus stop 2 minutes walking to main train station. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They give you a map and explain how to move inside Venice according to your days in the city. There is also a small bar to sit and enjoy a drink in case you need to wait. In my opinion, the breakfast time should be since 7 am instead of 8 am, to give the opportunity to arrive earlier to Venice. The hotel has a restaurant very close to the entrance that serves excellent local food for prices to locals not for tourists. The hotel is located in a zone that you can walk safely in the night.

Great location! Short walk to tram to Piazzale Roma. Lots of choices for breakfast. Can hear the noise from other rooms. Great value for money!

Petit hôtel très charmant a 10 min de Venise en tram. Le personnel est très agréable et donne de bon conseil pour les lignes de vaporetto a utiliser ou les restaurants a essayer. Nous n avons pas été déçu du tout

Nos hospedamos por 4 noites e voltaremos com certeza. Lugar extremamente limpo e confortável com limpeza diária; chuveiro com boa pressão e quente, gel de banho disponível; cama confortável; roupas de cama e banho limpas, cheirosas, brancas e macias; café da manhã incrível, com excelente variedade e reposição constante; anfitrião gentil e solícito em tudo. Para ir ao centro de Veneza custa €1,50 e leva cerca de 10 minutos. Não há check-in antecipado, mas é possível guardar as malas por €5 antes do check-in e depois do check-out. Há banheiro disponível para usar antes do check-in e após o check-out.
