Lovely reception area and beach club. we had a 3rd floor suite. Not a huge suite but perfectly adequate. Nice balcony overlooking the sea. Very good and attentive breakfast service. Very friendly and helpful staff. A 10-15 minute walk into town but that suited us as we enjoy walking.

We stayed in the terrible hotel for 3 nights. it was nightmare. Our room was Double premier room - not cheep but it was very noisy as the upstairs is restaurant. You have to stand the clatter noise of chairs from 6am to 10pm. it was ludicrous ! The hotel is located far from the central so you have to get a taxi for dinner.

Spent our first part of our honeymoon here. Everything was A+. Only 10/15 min walk into town. The beach area was perfect. The room was cleaned everytime we got back to the room. Highly recommend this place.

Beautiful property, a very classy place. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the staff are excellent. Dinner in the restaurant was fantastic - the only caution is I would avoid eating overlooking the sea at the beach bar - the food is basic, tiny portions and completely overpriced, which is the opposite of the other, lovely restaurant upstairs.

Exceptional in every way! - The most beautiful, opulent, historic, grand hotel. The view of Mt Vesuvius and Capri were the most beautiful backdrop to an elegant and super dining room.
A wonderful extensive choice of breakfast and a delicious menu for the evening.
All staff, especially Max on reception, were so courteous and friendly and nothing was too much trouble, they all made you feel very special.
We loved everything about this hotel and would totally recommend to anyone. We were so excited to come to Sorrento and this hotel really made the stay everything we dreamed of. Thank you Ambasciatori

Was a lovely hotel . Only issue I had was I thought I booked a room with a bath and didn’t get one . To use spa for 40 min was 100 euro so was a bit much I thought ….otherwise everything was awesome ☺️

This was my second time staying at this hotel in the last 5 years. It was one of our favorite hotels in all of our Ital travels. Everything is top notch, great staff. We loved Max and Luigi at the front desk. They were a memorable part of our trip because of their welcoming attitude and hospitality.
