Everything was great

Accoglienza impeccabile e struttura confortevole. Letto molto comodo, e molto buona la possibilità di scegliere due tipologie di cuscini. Colazione abbondante unica nota, assenza di brioche vegane (ovviamente non necessarie). Unico neo, climatizzazione un po’ rumorosa.

Good breakfast

It was convenient, quiet, catolic church next to it. Superior bar service and good food overall. Staff helpful at front desk also. Good shuttle service to cruiseport.

Great breakfast

On the plus side, the breakfast was reasonably good and the beds were comfortable. The staff were polite and spoke good English. Unfortunately, the bathroom was dirty (black mould on the sealant in the shower), the AC in the room was not functional, and the hotel was incredibly noisy (there was a conference that went on in the lobby until midnight with blasting bass music like a disco, and the participants continued the party outside the hotel until 4am). The last part in particular was quite unacceptable but the hotel sadly offered no compensation for the situation. I was also not offered any Expedia benefits upon arrival, and the staff did not seem aware of them when asked. Note to potential guests that this is a long way from Ravenna, advise only staying if you plan to travel exclusively by car.

Every thing was very nice, it was a little away from things. But there was a shuttle to the port, never had to worry about anything. We would definitely use them again!

Terrible hotel in the middle of nowhere. Stayed before our cruise, nothing to do or eat around the hotel. My first room was really small and the AC was broken, the second room the AC was working but it was as small as the first one. Two twin beds!! Do not recommend if you don’t have a car!

Property was clean and staff were friendly. The restaurant was very good.

A little out of the way but a beautiful clean hotel. Bar/restaurant were pricy (€5 soft drink) in relation to the price of a room. Can be walked but more likely you will want a taxi to get back to town.

Was very clean. Staff was friendly had complementary breakfast every morning and options to dine in.

Nothing nearby in walking distance and food options were limited outside of the breakfast buffet

Excellent hotel for Cruise passengers. Was most impressed with shuttle service to the port (for a fee). Taxis are not the easiest to find in Ravenna so the shuttle was perfect. Like the tip I read ensure you book the shuttle as soon as you checkin as it gets full quickly.
