Location and transit shuttle to beach

The hotel gave us an amazing welcome and had a fruit platter waiting in our room for our honeymoon, as well as rose petals on our bed forming a heart. The staff is extremely helpful and kind!

I normally don't post reviews, but had to make an exception for this hotel. It is amazing! Yes, expensive, but the property is unique, and worth it! An unforgetable experience. The staff bends over backwards to take care of your every need. The rooms have views looking right down to the grotto and out to the Adriatic Sea. Like being on a cruise ship. Our room was one of the most modern I've ever stayed in with remote controlled lighting, curtains, music and climate control. The amenities are all top-notch. The town of Polignano a Mare is beautiful. About 35 minutes south of Bari. The people are so friendly. We ate at the restaurant in the cave below the hotel and had a once-in-a-lifetime dining experience. I was a little concerned based on some online reviews about the restaurant, but don't let those scare you away, definitely check it out. The restaurant staff was 10/10, with multiple people tending to us through the amazing meal. If you are coming to Italy this place should be on your list of stops.

I would like to thank the manager and entire staff that delivering outstanding service at every moment of my stay. I definitely would return and highly recommend this phenomenal hotel and enjoyed the cuisine at the Restaurant as well, and entire staff at restaurant was exquisite. Parking is an issue

Views that take your breath away! Beautifuo marble floors, soft sheets and just the right pillows. Staff was delightful and the breakfast was enough to take you to dinner.

The Staff is amazing

This place is breathtaking. I had the suite with the jacuzzi and dinner reservations at the restaurant but arrived on a very windy day. Not only did they warn me ahead of time, they were super accommodating once I got there and gave me options as I would not have been able to use the jacuzzi that day. The restaurant was closed but they went out of their way to give me a private tour so I could take photos and videos. Everyone was super sweet, and I will definitely come back! Do yourself a favor and stay here; you will NOT regret it one bit. One of the best experiences of my life to date, even with the wind.

Excelente servicio, nosotras no hablamos ingles y Arianna demasiado amable nos explico todo en español y fue de gran alivio. Gracias por su gran atención, nos facilitaron todo lo que queríamos, dan un excelente servicio como ninguno Ariana y Dario. Les agradecemos mucho. Son los mejores, estan el turno de la tarde ellos. Sin duda volveremos a regresar.

Experiência inesquecível. Ficamos no quarto de frente para o mar, quarto amplo, confortável, super bem decorado e moderno, com amenities da Bulgari. O restaurante do hotel é imperdível (caro, mas vale cada centavo pela vista e ambiente). Os hóspedes do hotel também necessitam reservar, mas tem prioridade. O café da manhã é um espetáculo, servido no próprio restaurante do hotel de frente para o mar.
