I am writing to provide feedback on my recent one-week stay at your hotel. There were several aspects of my experience that I appreciated, but also a significant issue that affected the quality of my stay. Positive Points: The hotel's location is excellent and very convenient The breakfast service was of high quality and enjoyable Area of Concern: Unfortunately, I experienced a serious issue with the acoustic isolation in my room. There is a connecting door between my room and the adjacent one, which resulted in me being able to hear all conversations, television sounds, and other noise from the neighboring guests. Despite using ear plugs, the noise level significantly disrupted my sleep throughout my stay. I reported this issue to the front desk staff on multiple occasions during my stay, but unfortunately, no effective solution was provided. It's disappointing that a hotel with so much potential to be an excellent choice has this fundamental issue affecting guest comfort. I believe addressing this acoustic problem would greatly enhance the overall guest experience. I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to improve your services.

Lugnt läge väldigt nära centrum - vi tyckte läget var perfekt. Frukosten överraskade positivt, både vad gäller miljö och utbud. Trevlig hjälpsam personal. Prisvärt och ett hotell vi gärna kommer tillbaka till.

Staff at this hotel is incredibly rude. Bad even by Italian standards. They don’t answer WhatsApp or phone. They take days to respond to emails. They are rude to people with special needs and say nasty things in Italian assuming British people don’t understand. It’s disgraceful

My negative feedback about this hotel relates to the ignorance and rudeness of reception staff. I rang the hotel looking for my husband and staff were incredibly rude, claiming they couldn’t find him as a guest. Then the receptionist was necessarily rude to my autistic son because he didn’t say hello to him. It’s unbelievable that they allow staff like that. I would never stay there again

L'hotel è situato in una posizione strategica e comoda per arrivare facilmente al centro di Desenzano. Camera grande e pulita, personale gentile e accogliente. Colazione abbondante e con prodotti freschi

Alles war prima. Der Check In war unproblematisch, mir wurde auch sofort ein Stellplatz angeboten. Die Lage ist absolut super!

A short walk from the main port and train station so a great location. We had a great nights sleep as the hotel was comfortable and quiet.

Alles war gut – der Parkplatz war bequem, und die Zimmer waren sauber und ausgezeichnet. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Jättebra hotell med trevlig personal och fräscha rum! Hotellet låg bra till, nära till centrum och Gardasjön.

Superb family run hotel. Very clean and very comfortable hotel. Great aircon and lovely breakfast.

Sentralt. 10 minutter å gå til og fra tog stasjon , 4 minutter til båt å brygge kai. Gamle byen er 2 minutter unna med mange gode restauranter og koselige butikker. Hotellet hadde veldig hyggelig personell og rommet var rent og ny vasket hver dag. Nye håndkle hver dag. Frokosten var enkel og god. Veldig koselig dame som ordner alt for deg.

Erittäin mukava hotelli. Ystävällinen henkilökunta. Aamupala oli riittävä. Suihku surkean pieni, suihkun hana iso, johon osui aina vahingossa eli kylmää tuli päälle. Jalkoja ei voi pestä, kun ei mahdu kyyristymään. Eteisen valot rikki ja vessanpönttö vuoti, josts hyvittivät minibar ostokset. Kuitenkin jöi positiivinen mieli tästä hotellista!

Veldig bra! Topp beliggenhet, utrolig hyggelig personale, fin standard og rent.

Tutto molto bene, in centro e dotato dei necessari comfort. Personale molto gentile. Colazione top. Dispone di parking.

Staðsetning mjög góð.Mjög hjálpsamt starfsfólk. Morgunmatur góður.
