Localização ótima

Dejligt hotel, moderne badeværelse og god aircon. Personalet i alle afdelinger var utrolig sæde og hjælpsomme - særligt den ene i morgenmadsbuffeten, der hver morgen huskede, at jeg ønskede koffeinfrikaffe. I øvrigt dejlig morgenmad. Vi benyttede også deres vaskeservice, hvilket kun tog et par timer. Dejligt ophold, jeg vil klart anbefale dette sted!

No issues at all except: the Breakfast The hot items were never hot even when just brought out. the egg looked like it had ben blended, then baked and chopped up roughly, not a good example of scrambled egg They did however keep all the food stocked up, even allowing latecomers to eat which was good as it was a very busy breakfast area We were here 5 nights and breakfast was quite boring They had the essentials but the quality of the hot food we felt was a lot lower than an independent hotel we'd just stayed at. Location was very good for Venice and trainstation, unfortunately Mestre train station does attract quite a few beggars and other dodgy characters, and doesnt feel as safe as other areas every time I was outside smoking someone came up to me asking for money for gas or a cigarette However this is not the Hotels fault and just how this area is

Avoid this hotel. Upon arrival, we immediately realized air conditioning did not work in our room. All it did was push warm air around lazily. We reported this to the receptionist, who said they'd "check it tomorrow". Fine, one night with very poor sleep, we thought. Even though sleeping in a too warm space is not healthy for your heart. Next morning we had breakfast. Things that are supposed to be warm, such as bacon, scrambled eggs, etc. were stone cold. With no idea how long they had been sitting out, this presented a clear food safety hazard. Now, thinking about it, maybe we could have reheated the items in our disturbingly warm room? We left hoping at least the AC would be repaired while we’re gone. The AC wasn't fixed when we returned. The receptionist told nothing has or would be done. And didn't suggest any options, not even portable fan. Adding insult to injury he tried to put the blame on us by telling he’s been busy and asked why we didn’t consult him it in the morning. After a second night bad sleep, we went to have breakfast again. We arrived 9:15 and the breakfast was supposed to last until 10:00. Almost all the items were gone. No bread, no bacon, no cold cuts, no scrambled eggs. We waited for a bit for refills, but there were none. We asked the lone staff member collecting dirty dishes about it and he said he's too busy and can't do anything about it. Apparently, buffet doesn’t mean "all you can eat" here but "first come, first served". Do not go there.

Veldig sentralt og fint hotell. Frokosten kunne vært litt bedre, og airconditionen fungerte ikke helt som den skulle. Hadde absolutt bodd her igjen!

Alt i alt veldig bra, eneste som var å pirke på var at airconditionen funket ikke særlig godt og temperaturen ble aldri lavere enn 24 grader på rommet. Så får man fikset de så det blir temperert så er dette absolutt et hotell å anbefale..

A lovely hotel in Desenzano. Our room was cleaned every day, even though we were only there for 3 nights. Very modern bathroom with a huge bed. The breakfast that is included was great, really tasty and plenty of food. The hotel is 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute walk to the ferry dock. The perfect location and super quiet. The staff were really friendly and gave lots of great food recommendations.

Schönes hotel am Gardasee. Gut für kurze Aufenthalte. Parken für 12€ am Tag, wie auf der Straße auch.

Localização perfeita, Café da manhã maravilhoso, equipe simpática. Só o quarto com passagem de ruído do quarto au lado prejudicou a privacidade e o box minúsculo o banho.

We were very happy with everything, great location, clean etc. The breakfast however exceptional, extensive range, great quality, fantastic.

Lovely stay room was ready earlier so we could check in lovely breakfast and air conditioning too thanks for a great stay

Very good location few minute walk from ferry terminal, local busses, food and shopping. Beautiful lake side walking path. Staff was welcoming. Greeted us each time we came and went. Helpful. Safe area, clean well kept facility. Elevator AC, great breakfast. In room electric kettle and coffee station, small fridge. Quite area. A little surrounding room noise transmitted but not bad. Small rooms, even smaller bathroom. Rain head shower looks impressive but water pressure is so-so and the shower is so small the rain head barely fits inside. Bed was ok but nothing to write home about.

Gostei muito do hotel, tem uma localização excelente e funcionários muito atenciosos. O quarto era bom, bem limpo e espaçoso. Foi uma ótima experiência.
