Excellent location and beautiful facilities. I would stay again with my family next time.

古い建物ですが、とても綺麗に改装、掃除されており快適です。 小さいですがバルコニーもありました。 スタッフの方はとてもフレンドリーで親切で、細かく観光情報、レストラン情報など教えていただきました。

立地条件からこのホテルを選びましたが、価格にサービスが見合っていません。到着時に2℃の気温なのにメイドの清掃のあと窓を開けっ放したまま部屋は凍りそうに寒く、さらにエアコンが機能しませんでした。満室だと言うところようやく部屋を替えてもらいました。レセプショニストにはプロフェッショナルとそうでない人がいて、間違った経路を教えられ時間と体力が限られたなかとても疲れました。訪問先のオープン時間の確認も頼んだのにしておらず、実際に行くと閉まっていました。非常に残念な滞在になりました。

観光スポットに近く、夜は楽しく食べたり、飲んだりできるお店が近くにたくさんある。それでも就寝時は静かである。

ロケーション素晴らしかったです。ホテルも快適でした。

市内観光するには絶好の場所です。 色々なホテルに宿泊してきましたが、ワンオブ最高なホテルではないかと思います。 こじんまりしたホテルですが、朝食から大変リッチでシャンパンまで置いてあります。 昔のホテルなので部屋が狭いのが難点です。

町の中心部にあるため、マッジョーレ広場も近く、観光目的ならロケーションは最高でしょう。 部屋も広くはありませんが、十分清潔でした。

ブレックファーストがゆっくり楽しめます。たくさんの種類があり、特にべーコンがかりかりしっとり美味しくいただきました。美味しいカプチーノは毎朝おかわりしました。お部屋はとっても気に入りました。またボローニャにいくときは同じホテル、同じお部屋に泊まりたいです。きれいにベッドメイキングされたベッドに潜り込むのはとっても幸せな気分でした。

Breakfast and restaurant Staff was absolutely amazing, and everything was very clean during my stay. I really like the fact that Cristiano was so kind to give me an upgrade the first night; however, on the following nights it was a complete downgrade. I mean, it was not something that I really think was value for my money. I've stayed in Corona de Oro for more than five years, and usually everything goes very smoothly. I think that most of the staff, like the guy that is at night, he's such a sweetheart, and Cristiano was also a super cool guy and very giving, but there was no water in my room every day. I know there was one grumpy guy at the reception that was not doing things right. I mean, it was not every time that I asked for something that he was doing it with a very bad vibe and not willing to help. It seemed that one day that I asked for transportation from the fair to the hotel, they made a big mess because they didn't give me the name or the license plates or the car make. In order that I can find that person, 30 minutes after they say, "Well, you need to pay because the guy is looking for you." I said, "But I don't have even the information." I started walking back to the hotel. I think that there's a couple of people, or maybe we just one people, that is a bad apple right now inside the hotel, and maybe they should just pay more attention to that.

the room was wonderful the staff was wonderful everything about this hotel was outstanding would strongly recommend and would definitely stay there again if possible thank you !

We had a wonderful stay! The front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful wherever we had questions or needed something. Arranging transportation to and from the train station was also taken care of as well as dinner reservations at a wonderful restaurant. The room was clean and comfortable and the location was exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was fantastic

Great location, beautiful hotel and very attentive staff.

We prepayed for four nights, but upon checking in we noticed that the rooms were actually going for about half. Especially given the worn and dirty room we were given (old toothpaste splatter on the mirror, walls, etc.), I raised the issue. A certain front desk individual immediately challenged me asking for evidence (easily found online) and then cynically explained that it was just too bad. I then asked for the general manager but the person claimed that he was the manager. I insisted and the GM appeared - he was professional and immediately moved us to a much better room, which was appreciated given the whole ordeal. Pricing issues aside, such passive-aggressive behavior and lack of client focus from staff would never occur at a top tier hotel. In contrast, The GM and the rest of the staff were really solid, but the problem individual should not be allowed in front of clients or to train other staff. I should also mention that the breakfast staff were friendly and responsive although we noticed that the pastry (pear cake, etc.) was old, dry and depressingly redisplayed for the entirety of the three days we ate there.

The check-in staff was very accommodating. Breakfast was quite expansive with made to order omelets. Beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again!
