The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean.

目の前が海でヨットハーバーです。 街の中心地にも徒歩5分程で便利な立地かつ、ホテルの周辺は比較的静かで良い雰囲気です。 部屋もキレイに掃除されており、ベランダも付いてます。　　 ベランダで喫煙出来るのも喫煙者には嬉しいポイントです。

Location was great, the balcony has a nice water view. The bathroom was dated and the room is very small.

Accueil très pro et bienveillant, échanges en français ce qui est appréciable. Parking à proximité, chambre très propre, calme et confortable avec vue mer et port. Petit cocon dans une station magnifique. Je recommande chaleureusement.

The room was spotless, the staff went over and beyond with making us feel comfortable. Bringing us a kettle and cups to our room and champagne upon arrival! ( I think that's because we are Expedia VIP). Wonderful breakfast.

Highly professional staff welcomed us with a free upgrade room and a bottle of prosecco. The staff was helpful in guiding us on sites to see and things to do. The bar staff was friendly and welcoming. We felt at home in this hotel. The television streaming services did not work well but this was a minor inconvenience. Overall I give this hotel an excellent rating.

We just love Santa Margherita and our stay at the Hotel Laurin only made it better. Great facilities and staff and the perfect location.

O atendimento foi excelente — equipe extremamente gentil e acolhedora desde a chegada. Fomos recepcionados com uma garrafa de espumante, um detalhe especial que tornou o início da estadia ainda mais encantador. O ponto forte, sem dúvida, é a vista. Todos os quartos de frente têm perspectivas diferentes para o mar e para a praia, cada uma mais linda que a outra. É impossível não se apaixonar! O quarto, embora não muito grande, é bem confortável, com cama excelente e chuveiro ótimo. O café da manhã é variado e de ótima qualidade, servido em um ambiente agradável. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa do início ao fim. Se eu voltar à Itália, especialmente àquela região, certamente me hospedarei novamente no Hotel Laurin.

I loved my stay at Hotel Laurin. The room was great, very clean and the balcony was a massive plus. The pool area was excellent, for the time of year the number of sun loungers was plenty, and the view over the coast was perfect. The breakfast buffet had a great selection of hot & cold, and sweet & savoury. The staff were all brilliant, welcoming and helpful. And the area was close to all restaurants and shops, as well as the boat to Portofino and the train to all the popular spots on the coast as well as the smaller villages. Santa Margherita itself is the perfect base for the area, with a calmer feel than some of the more intense tourist areas, whilst still having enough of a buzz to not feel too quiet. I would highly recommend! Grazie Mille!

Highly professional management team at the front desk that sets them apart from other hotels we have stayed at. Great care was taken to ensure our stay was comfortable and that professionalism extended to everyone who works there. Very impressive.

Amazing views. We booked an ocean view room and we were in heaven. The terrace is stunning and has a beautiful view we will remember forever. The location is excellent right on the maim strip close to all restaurants, ferry stops and walking distance to the train. The rooms have electric strom shutters that once you close them the room is pitch black allowing for a great nights rest. The breakfast was great. The service and staff were all excellent. Roberto and Liazana at the front desk helped us immensely, they were super professional and welcoming and helped us plan our days with efficiency. Thank you again to you both ! I highly recommend this hotel you wont be disapointed

Great location and view of the marina. Hotel is central to many restaurants and shops Staff was very friendly and helpful Room was small but comfortable Paid parking was offsite and self park- but within walking distance. Metered parking available right in front

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Hotel ist gut zu Fuss erreichbar (Anreise mit Zug) Badezimmer geräumig mit grosser Dusche. Schöner Balkon mit Blick auf den Hafen.
