個人旅行で来る方にはおすすめします。 良い点 ・非常に便利な場所にある。パンテオンやナヴォーナ広場に近い。30分歩けば、バチカンやコロッセオ、スペイン広場にも行けた。テルミニ駅からバスで一本。英語が出来て公共交通機関が使える人にはぜひおすすめ。 ・スタッフが親切。 ・団体客がおらず、静か。 ・周辺にはレストランやスーパーがたくさんある。 ・部屋はきれいで掃除も行き届いている。 ・ローマのホテルとしては価格もお手頃。 悪い点 ・ホテルの入り口が非常にわかりづらい。通りに面した本屋の裏手に入り口があるが、建物の中に入らないとホテルの入り口ということすらわからない。 ・シャワーの温度が不安定。めちゃくちゃ熱いお湯が出ることがあった。

スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。 でも、紅茶などが補充されていなかったり、ごみの捨て忘れもありました。 家具が古く、床も薄いらしく、誰かが歩くだけで地震かと思うほど揺れました。 鍵が揺れ、家具がガタガタ鳴ります。

Room was very clean, staff were very nice and helpful. Great location for exploring. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars was the noise from the street.

Our room was beautifully taken care of. The shower was excellent with plenty of hot water. Very interesting architecture and just two blocks from the Pantheon. Very attentive staff.

Rumet var stort och rent, vi var 3 st. Personalen var trevligt och hjälpsamma, ordnade taxi mitt i natten till flygplatsen.

The hotel is at the center of everything, the Patheon is just one block away.

I was hesitant to write review because looks like most guests had a pleasant stay but, unfortunately, that was not the case for me and my mum. On a positive side, the location is great, convenient to all main attractions. Most of the staff was pleasant apart from one, the room was clean and the ladies at breakfast were lovely. However my expectations were higher given the price of the hotel. The room we were allocated was just next to the entrance desk. First night - the amount of noise that came through the window and door was unbearable. We could hear every step, the staff were on the phone, watching videos, we could literally hear everything as if the room door was open. The noise from the restaurants outside, loud motorbike exhausts. 3am I walked out and asked get a different room and offered to pay for an upgrade. I was then told that the only available was the one next door to ours.Couple of hours of sleep and again woken up by the waste management trucks outside, this remain the same throughout the 4 night stay. I got really anxious and decided to look for another hotel, as it was August this was difficult without spending money I couldn’t afford, but, to my surprise this hotel had a superior room available for the remaining 3 nights at a lower rate than what I paid. I immediately asked and was told that they couldn’t do anything. I asked for a refund so I could book elsewhere and that was also denied. Unfortunately theres more to say but no characters left.

The room was lovely. Beautifully clean and had everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful. Location was absolutely amazing, we loved the charm, quietness and the beautiful surroundings.

Otrolig service. Välstädat rum och skön säng. Väldigt bra information inför resan och det var supertydligt var man skulle när man väl kom till hotellet.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice! Hotel is located near shopping and restaurants.

Room was excellent; comfy bed, toiletries, mini bar, great location. It was close to many restaurants and iconic places. The only thing that my daughter and I didn’t like was the breakfast. On the description it says top rated breakfast but is not. We got an omelette with nothing in it, it was only egg that felt like plastic and got beans???? We got plain yogurt unsweetened. No fruit, lots of different breads, capuchino. My daughter and I were so surprised because we never had that type of breakfast.

A limpeza da quarto estava ok, a localização era muito boa, mas o atendimento era péssimo, incialmente nos colocaram no outro lado do prédio, um lugar que estava trancado e que não tinha wifi. Enfim, a experiência foi bem ruim e so vale ficar no hotel pela localização.

Frukosten var bra. Luftkonditioneringen lät ovanligt mycket i de högre inställningarna

Perfect location, close to all the main tourist attractions, bars and restaurants. Staff were friendly and allowed us to check in early which was great. Room was clean and a good size.

We chose this hotel based on a recommendation from friends who have visited Rome several times. We were not disappointed... location and service were amazing. We did have one issue with not having hot water the first couple of days but they got it worked out and it was fine the rest of the stay.

Staff was very kind and helpful. Very nice small breakfast area on the roof. Rooms are cozy and comfortable; it's an updated older building with a lot of character. Location was perfect, centrally located and lots of stores, restaurants, and historic landmarks within walking distance. Would recommend this hotel.

Not a 5 stars hotel. But 5 stars for value for money. Great location. Very good price. Friendly staff. Decent breakfast.
