個人旅行で来る方にはおすすめします。 良い点 ・非常に便利な場所にある。パンテオンやナヴォーナ広場に近い。30分歩けば、バチカンやコロッセオ、スペイン広場にも行けた。テルミニ駅からバスで一本。英語が出来て公共交通機関が使える人にはぜひおすすめ。 ・スタッフが親切。 ・団体客がおらず、静か。 ・周辺にはレストランやスーパーがたくさんある。 ・部屋はきれいで掃除も行き届いている。 ・ローマのホテルとしては価格もお手頃。 悪い点 ・ホテルの入り口が非常にわかりづらい。通りに面した本屋の裏手に入り口があるが、建物の中に入らないとホテルの入り口ということすらわからない。 ・シャワーの温度が不安定。めちゃくちゃ熱いお湯が出ることがあった。

スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。 でも、紅茶などが補充されていなかったり、ごみの捨て忘れもありました。 家具が古く、床も薄いらしく、誰かが歩くだけで地震かと思うほど揺れました。 鍵が揺れ、家具がガタガタ鳴ります。

Spacious, clean, and centrally located to everything in the historical city area of Rome. Very friendly front desk and service staff. Small in-room refrigerator, wall mounted shampoo/conditioner/soap, AC, comfortable bedding, and easy to use WiFi. Easy to grab caffe and cornetto every morning from El Delfino around the corner (we didn’t opt for the breakfast at the hotel). Definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is excellent. The property could use an upgrade for the price you pay.

Love the location of the hotel, lots of historic sites within walking distance and plenty of local restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great customer service and atmosphere. Stored luggage and placed in room when room ready. Only complaint is the ancient keys lol but 10/10 experience and convienet to everything.

Once we located the hotel (hard to find the building as shared with other complexs and had a very small plaque) it was very well positioned and very clean. Staff were polite. The lift was a little small for 2 with a suitcase in but doable. The best bit was the terraced roof but this is only avalable during the day, which is a shame as the evenings are hot and would make for a perfect place to have a drink when it starts to cool. The hotel does not have any communal rooms or restaurants and the bedrooms, though a good size to sleep and get changed has nowhere to sit easily. So the roof terrace again should be avalable . The rooms air con worked really well, but out particular room had an issue with the extractor fan in the bathroom rattling and not turning off. I raised it with the staff and they said maintenance said it was fine. It was not so I had to turn off the power at distribution board each time to silence it. Apart from that easy enough to stay in and very convinent for location in the city. We had a great time. Breakfast staff were so friendly

Nice hotel in middle of Roma and walking distance to everything! Ggood sized room. Clean showers etc.small reception with no lounge or place to sit with windows beyond the room.

The staff was welcoming and helpful. The room was very clean. This hotel was centrally located and the busses are close by. Taxis were 10 Euros to get to most of the major cites if you don't want to walk. Breakfast at the hotel was great and well worth it to start your day. The restaurant on the corner, Il Lucano was fun with a great staff and excellent food. The lasagna was amazing! Overall amazing stay! Rome was my favorite city.

The location near the Pantheon was excellent, but the hotel was a major disappointment. The room was tiny and felt more like a dorm than a 4-star hotel. There were virtually no amenities, no lobby, and barely any reception area. I stayed in the annex building across from the main property, where the dark, confusing hallways made the experience even less appealing. I understand Rome's historic-center hotels are expensive, especially in peak season, but at nearly $1,000 for two nights, this property was simply not worth the money.

Käytössä ollut elektroninen oven lukitus järjestelmä ei toiminut. Henkilökunta kyllä koitti kovasti korjata sitä mutta eivät onnistuneet. Saimme koodin paperille mikä toimi loistavasti.

Great stay!! We got there early from our flight, and they were able to check us in 3hrs before! Room had great A/C! Hotel is close to everything and quiet at nighttime. We felt very safe and staff were amazing. Will recommend this hotel to anyone!

Quaint room in a great location.

Café da manhã muito bom, fomos muito bem recebidos pela recepcionista, muito sorridente e agradável, mas um dia que limparam o quarto, levaram as toalhas usadas, mas esqueceram de colocar toalhas novas no banheiro, e como chegamos a noite, não tinha ninguém a noite, tivemos que abrir os armários para encontrar uma toalha, isso não foi uma boa experiência. Primeira vez que passamos por isso e não recomendamos nenhum hóspede passar por isso. Muito chato.

This hotel was in a great location. Easy access to the bus station, restaurants, etc. The negatives are that it was very small, the AC was limited to how cool you could make it and it was too warm for my liking. Our room was up a flight of stairs without an elevator. The staff was not around much but they were friendly and helpful at check in.
