個人旅行で来る方にはおすすめします。 良い点 ・非常に便利な場所にある。パンテオンやナヴォーナ広場に近い。30分歩けば、バチカンやコロッセオ、スペイン広場にも行けた。テルミニ駅からバスで一本。英語が出来て公共交通機関が使える人にはぜひおすすめ。 ・スタッフが親切。 ・団体客がおらず、静か。 ・周辺にはレストランやスーパーがたくさんある。 ・部屋はきれいで掃除も行き届いている。 ・ローマのホテルとしては価格もお手頃。 悪い点 ・ホテルの入り口が非常にわかりづらい。通りに面した本屋の裏手に入り口があるが、建物の中に入らないとホテルの入り口ということすらわからない。 ・シャワーの温度が不安定。めちゃくちゃ熱いお湯が出ることがあった。

スタッフの対応はとても良かったです。 でも、紅茶などが補充されていなかったり、ごみの捨て忘れもありました。 家具が古く、床も薄いらしく、誰かが歩くだけで地震かと思うほど揺れました。 鍵が揺れ、家具がガタガタ鳴ります。

The Hotel Le Clarisse al Pantheon was in a great location, just a 5-minute walk from Argentine Square, a central hub for buses. I appreciated the hotel’s clean rooms with high ceilings and large windows, comfortable beds, a good shower, and plentiful towels. However, I have two major concerns. First, I was charged more than Expedia’s originally displayed price—an extra $30 per night per room—despite the personalized rate shown at booking. I had a screenshot of the expected cost but only noticed the discrepancy when reviewing my credit card statement. When I disputed it, Expedia claimed I could not rely on the quoted price since the purchase hadn’t been completed. I’m not sure what else I should have relied on because it seems to me if you give me a price, then you should honor it. I contacted the hotel, but they declined to assist, saying the dispute was solely with Expedia. This feels deceptive, and I would caution others when booking through Expedia. Second, the hotel’s entry system was unreliable at night. To enter, guests had to connect to Wi-Fi and use an intercom button, but this frequently failed, forcing us to wait for another guest to exit so we could enter. While others kindly let us in, it posed a security risk, as unauthorized individuals could do the same. We later learned we could have been provided a physical key, which would have prevented the issue.

The room and staff were excellent, in addition to the area. Hôtel was close and walkable (40 mins or less) to many major attractions (Colosseum, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Spanish Steps and Vatican) and we always felt safe. Our only frustration with the property was that it has a Vikey key system which uses the hotel’s wifi via a website you need to access on your phone to unlock your door and access the building after 8:30pm. Because the wifi wasn’t always consistent, the Vikey system is a bit of a pain and sometimes took several tries to get into your room. Would prefer a swipe card system.

A small hotel, yet friendly and helpful staff. Breakfasts are quite nice. Mattresses have been heavily used. Electronic locks. In city center , but moderately quiet. Lots of food, drink and historic sites nearby. Explore the churches!

When I chose the hotel, besides the location, I did so thinking it had an elevator. However, when we arrived, they sent us to another building with a huge staircase (where, by the way, my niece twisted her ankle while carrying the luggage down on the last day). There is no communication system with the front desk, and the door access system is through a cellphone, which is quite complicated. Overall, the hotel is comfortable, clean, and the breakfast is affordable and excellent. It’s well located, but the issue with the stairs was a big drawback.

Fantastic location - we walked everywhere from the Colosseum to the Vatican to Piazza del Popolo to Trastevere. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Rooms very clean. Definitely would recommend.

convenient Hotel to be close to every tourist spot in Rome. Bus station in the street behind , but not needed if you are used to walk. Vatican City at abour 25 minutes walking, only 2 bus stops

Simple rooms and furnishings, but nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good WiFi. Cute breakfast in tent outside but make sure you are not rushed to eat before a booked sightseeing. One lady served all tables and each item came in a little bowl or plate so she made many many runs to fill the table. To improve you can have warm eggs and fresh fruit. Maybe guests can take themselves? There must be a lot of waste.
