洗面台の水が少し臭いがしたが、清潔でご飯も美味しかった また利用したい

カジュアルなホテルですが、とても快適です。朝食も美味しいです。

前回の滞在が快適だったので２回目の利用です。 期待通りでした。

This hotel is an old building, but inside is very beautiful and clean.

街の中心地であり、手頃で美味しいレストランがホテル近辺にあります。 野菜、チーズ、精肉のマルシェがもあります。 グルメな方にはおすすめの地域です。 ホテルのスタッフの方もとても親切で、ペットも歓迎してくれるホテル。 １つだけ不便だったのが、部屋にゴミ箱がなかった。

This place had failed miserably on the main purpose of stay - good night sleep. Pros: Stuff had offered to check in into one of the two rooms we booked earlier than the official check in time. We dropped our luggage and went out for lunch. We eventually checked in around 4pm. Cons: 1. Not a wink of sleep. Walls are paper thin. We heard all neighbors around us; their conversations, flushing toilets, showers, TVs, corridor noises and people going up and down the staircase. The sound echoed and travelled freely, it didn’t feel like there is any sound proofing at all. When you hire a car you expect it to take you from point A to point B. When you rent a hotel room, you expect to sleep. We stayed in at least 8 hotels during our winter trip and this one is by far the worst. Even airport hotel was more comfortable than this one. Double checked that it’s rated 4 stars multiple times as it certainly doesn’t feel right. The larger room had almost no natural light and felt like a basement even though it was on the first floor. 2. The primary reason we decided to stay here is the outdoor terrace. However, it’s not open. There was no disclosure that it’s closed during the time we decided to stay when we were booking. If we knew that would be the case we would have stayed in the lovely 4 star hotel nearby we spend 2 nights prior to checking into this one. Huge disappointment. 3. Check your receipt upon checking out, we were almost charged for breakfast we didn’t eat.

The room was spotless and the staff was very helpful and responsive. However, the room we had was not a 4-star quality. We stayed at the Junior Olive suite and while it was located in a beautiful outdoor setting, the room itself was very old and tired. In addition, the shower was in the bedroom with no frosted glass. So, when taking a shower, the other person relaxing in bed has a full frontal and side view. As I prefer having privacy when showering, this felt very weird.

Staff, breakfast, location

We had an Apartment away from the hotel which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Close to Piazza Maggiore and Quadrilatero area where there was some amazing food on offer. We visited the rooftop bar once, just a pity it was November as it looked lovely and perfect for a late drink in Spring or Summer.

our apartment is in a separate building, so no hotel amenities. the room is very spacious overall.

Perfect boutique hotel, the staff ( every single one of them) were amazing, they were polite, eager to help and always smiling and laughing. The room was very well appointed, quiet and clean. The bar on the ground floor was very inviting and cozy. The bartenders were great and very friendly. Unfortunately the restaurant was booked solid (make sure to reserve in advance) and the rooftop terrace was closed (probably due to time of year). Hotel location was walking distance to most of the sights. We would definitely stay here again!
