写真にあるプールはどこにあったのでしょう?シャワーの排水がされなかったりとか、電球が切れていたりとかあり、指摘したけど電球は2日目に改善されていなかった。ディナー付きを予約したけどレストランには話が通じていなかった。

お手頃な値段でストレーザ滞在するにはお勧め。 レイクビューなら小さいテラスで景色を楽しみながらワインも飲めるし。 フェリー乗り場に近くて観光に便利。 レストラン街が近いので夕食にも便利。 コンパクトな朝食もちょうどいいです。

イタリアでとても気に入ったホテルの一つです。 部屋がとても広く、LAKE VIEWルームはバルコニーからの眺めが最高 です。（できれば4階より上に泊まることをお勧めします） マッジョリーナ湖畔に立ち、島々へ渡る船も目の前から出ます。 （船は、ぼったくりの客引きが沢山いるので気をつけてください） フロントの方々はとても親切で、朝食もまあまあでした。 難を言えば、駐車場が離れていたので、車の方には少々面倒です。

Dinner was very disappointing; Tour bus takeover and staff ignored other customers. Food was marginal at best. Staff gave our room key to the wrong people and assumed we had lost it. Searched our room - under the bed, through our stuff on the desk, even though we told them we had dropped key at the desk. CCTV cameras pointed at desk “were at another office” so staff said they couldn’t be reviewed.

Location is in the heart of the centre , easy walk to the station and everything else. Nice big room and breakfast . Good customer service from staff. Very welcoming

Great hotel and an excellent location

We were traveling with my mother who is in a wheelchair. The entrance to the hotel is very flat and easy to maneuver. There is an accessible public restroom room around the corner from the desk. The room was absolutely perfect the only change I would is a grab bar or two in the shower. Tub seat was provided for the walk/rolling shower. Showers in Europe are smaller than the US but this one was a decent sizes. Elevator worked well but is small I have attached a photo to show that only the wheelchair can fit and no other person or bag. But it does the job! Breakfast room was not handicapped accessible but my mom didn’t eat breakfast so it was not an issue. If you do want to eat on the property I would speak with the desk to find out how you can do that since it is only stairs to the room. Overall great stay with amazing c views from a wheelchair accessible room!

To me, this hotel seems a lot fancier in its online description/photos than it felt in real life. The breakfast room is nice & the location just by the water is very convenient. However, the breakfast buffet itself felt pretty bare bones/stale (eggs + assortment of pastries and cured meats). The mattress felt pretty poor quality (hard/springy) and the internet was quite slow. Additionally, the guest service on check-in was not great (did not receive any details on the amenities, breakfast options, etc.). Also, while it says the hotel has a pool, you actually have to get a guest pass from the front desk and then walk a block to another hotel and use their pool.

Perfect location for getting about on Maggiore as near the ferry and also the 3 Isola’a which were all worth a visit. The hotel was a little tired but we had the top floor terrace room which more than made up for it. We had breakfast in the next hotel Milan du Lac which was very good.

Vi har hatt et veldig fint opphold på hotellet. Hotellet - med start for 150 år siden - har beholdt en tradisjonell, litt høytidsstemt stil. Fellesarealene er tiltalende og funksjonelle, rommet vi fikk var smakfullt, men ikke alt for stort. Personalet var hjelpsomme, vennlige og ganske kunnskapsrike om transportmuligheter og andre praktiske utfordringer. Hotellet ligger midt i smørøyet i Stresa - ved den fantastiske strandpromenaden, midt mellom rådhuset og kirken - og et kvartal unna gågatene med fortausrestauranter og butikker. Generelt: Dette hotellet var en fulltreffer i en veldig vakker by!

Breakfast Menu could be a lot better, as there was no choice for a Hot Breakfast, other than very runny scrambled eggs, which were un-eatable, so in the end I had to go out to a Restaurant for Breakfast. Also very disappointing that the Hotel did not have Tea and Coffee facilities in the room. The Hotel itself was lovely and The Lake View from our Rooms, was absolutely Stunning. Stresa and the surrounding Areas were very Beautiful and we will be returning again.

Lovely hotel with a nice breakfast. Wonderful view of the lake from the higher floors. The staff was lovely and the location is nice. It is close to the ferry terminal.

Wonderful property in a great location

The hotel was superb in every way and the initial view of the lake was amazing from my room. The breakfast had a good choice of food and the staff were excellent in looking after you and bringing coffee ehen you wanted. The room was excellent and cleaned well every day with clean towels left. I cannot praise this hotel more, my stay here was thoroughly brilliant.

Bien situé sur le bord du Lac Majeur. À peine 15 minutes de marche de la gare. Le déjeuner est très bon. Il ne semblait pas y avoir d'air climatisé donc il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Décorations des chambres des années 1900.
