写真にあるプールはどこにあったのでしょう?シャワーの排水がされなかったりとか、電球が切れていたりとかあり、指摘したけど電球は2日目に改善されていなかった。ディナー付きを予約したけどレストランには話が通じていなかった。

お手頃な値段でストレーザ滞在するにはお勧め。 レイクビューなら小さいテラスで景色を楽しみながらワインも飲めるし。 フェリー乗り場に近くて観光に便利。 レストラン街が近いので夕食にも便利。 コンパクトな朝食もちょうどいいです。

イタリアでとても気に入ったホテルの一つです。 部屋がとても広く、LAKE VIEWルームはバルコニーからの眺めが最高 です。（できれば4階より上に泊まることをお勧めします） マッジョリーナ湖畔に立ち、島々へ渡る船も目の前から出ます。 （船は、ぼったくりの客引きが沢山いるので気をつけてください） フロントの方々はとても親切で、朝食もまあまあでした。 難を言えば、駐車場が離れていたので、車の方には少々面倒です。

Vi har hatt et veldig fint opphold på hotellet. Hotellet - med start for 150 år siden - har beholdt en tradisjonell, litt høytidsstemt stil. Fellesarealene er tiltalende og funksjonelle, rommet vi fikk var smakfullt, men ikke alt for stort. Personalet var hjelpsomme, vennlige og ganske kunnskapsrike om transportmuligheter og andre praktiske utfordringer. Hotellet ligger midt i smørøyet i Stresa - ved den fantastiske strandpromenaden, midt mellom rådhuset og kirken - og et kvartal unna gågatene med fortausrestauranter og butikker. Generelt: Dette hotellet var en fulltreffer i en veldig vakker by!

Breakfast Menu could be a lot better, as there was no choice for a Hot Breakfast, other than very runny scrambled eggs, which were un-eatable, so in the end I had to go out to a Restaurant for Breakfast. Also very disappointing that the Hotel did not have Tea and Coffee facilities in the room. The Hotel itself was lovely and The Lake View from our Rooms, was absolutely Stunning. Stresa and the surrounding Areas were very Beautiful and we will be returning again.

Lovely hotel with a nice breakfast. Wonderful view of the lake from the higher floors. The staff was lovely and the location is nice. It is close to the ferry terminal.

Wonderful property in a great location

The hotel was superb in every way and the initial view of the lake was amazing from my room. The breakfast had a good choice of food and the staff were excellent in looking after you and bringing coffee ehen you wanted. The room was excellent and cleaned well every day with clean towels left. I cannot praise this hotel more, my stay here was thoroughly brilliant.

Bien situé sur le bord du Lac Majeur. À peine 15 minutes de marche de la gare. Le déjeuner est très bon. Il ne semblait pas y avoir d'air climatisé donc il faisait chaud dans la chambre. Décorations des chambres des années 1900.

A beautiful historic hotel with a lovely breakfast room overlooking the lake. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were exceptional. Highly recommend this hotel.

Helpful staff. Very nice breakfast buffet. Tiny bathroom awkward for two people. No place to put personal toiletries.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Stresa. The hotel had a good central location, a fabulous view of the lake, was pleasant and all the staff were really helpful. The breakfast with also tasty with a range of gluten and dairy free options.

Absolutely fabulous hotel in Stresa! Stayed there 3 nights after a work conference. Beautiful, charming, hotel with delightful staff. The location is superb across from ferry's. The views are spectacular and the town is so charming and quaint.I would definitely come back and stay. They also have a nice european breakfast. Everyone made you feel very welcome.
