The view from the hotel is amazing, amenities are very good too. Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was very good. Dinner was ok, we did have better and cheaper food in Trento.

In summary, the hotel is OK and has a nice view, HOWEVER the restaurant is horrible and the service & rude attitude of the staff is the worst I have ever experienced, being well-travelled with hundreds of hotels visited. Before booking, we saw a few reviews online indicating that the restaurant had poor quality (some claiming food was heated in the micro-oven), but as the hotel is situated far away from other options we decided to give it a try. We ordred 3 portions of pasta, drinks and a platter with cheese, meat and salami. Max 3 minutes after ordering the pasta arrived suspiously fast, which was very hot and had the particular taste of being heated in a micro-oven. When the charkuterie platter arrived, I first had a slice of salami which tasted a little odd. When looking closer, I realized that there were dots of green mold on the salami, wherefore I showed the waiter and he took it away, asking if we want a new platter but we rejected this given suspections of inappropriate food safety conditions. The day after at check-out the staff told me to pay for the dinner and gave me the bill which also included the platter. I explained that was incorrect as we sent it away given the mold and asked him to talk to the kitchen. He returned with the platter, and told that they had stored it from yesterday. I showed him the mold but he claimed that it was normal, and rudely told "if you go to a pizzeria and order a pizza and dont like it you still have to pay". After arguing 20 minut

The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we cannot thank them enough. The pool/spa area was great. The massage I had was just amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel rinnovato di recente, pulito e confortevole. Vista panoramica. Ottima colazione (chicca: c'è anche il prosecco a colazione!). Buono il ristorante alla sera. Acqua della piscina ad una buona temperatura. Sezione della piscina esterna piacevole ma con temperatura acqua leggermente inferiore. Parcheggio coperto. Purtroppo il parcheggio non è sufficiente per tutte le auto se l'hotel tende ad essere pieno.

Hotellet har den smukkeste udsigt, men ligger langt fra alt andet. Restauranten var ikke særlig god, der var støjende og morgenmaden især var kaotisk og tomt! Der var presset for mange mennesker ind til en for lille buffet. Poolen er til et spa område, så der skal man være stille, ikke særlig familievenligt. Alt koster ekstra, det synes jeg er ærgerligt når man booker sig ind på et nogenlunde lækkert hotel.

Excellent hôtel! Staff super efficace et souriant. Quelle vue exceptionnelle. Menu du jour avec peu d’option mais tout ce qu’on a mangé était excellent!!! Seul bémol, pas d’air climatisé contrairement à ce qui était inscrit sur expédia. Heureusement, nous avions un balcon avec deux grandes portes fenêtres que nous avons laissé ouvertes tout la nuit pour dormir au frais de l’air de la montagne. Le personnel de l’hôtel s’est assuré de faire corrigé la fausse information directement sur les sites de réservation.

Hotellet ligger med underbar utsikt ner över Trento och bort mot Canazei. Trevlig lobby och bar, vi provade inte restaurangen utan åt lunch/sen middag i Vason som låg längs med vår vandringsled. Har man elbil så tänk på att laddaren som finns angiven på specifikation är 1-fas laddare. Pool området var trevligt med både relax delar inomhus och utomhus

Schönes Hotel, leckeres Frühstück, meist nettes Servicepersonal, schöner Pool und Whirlpool Bereich, das beste kommt zum Schluss ein einmaliger und wundervoller Ausblick auf die Berge. Mit Panoramablick zu buchen.

Ottima struttura nuova, piscina e SPA degna di un 4/5 stelle. Personale tutti e tutte bravissime e gentilissime, colazione e pranzo e cena ottimi. Che altro, ottimi prezzi, andateci tranquillamente. Dispiace dover andar via per tornare a casa.

The restaurant was the worst I've experienced in a long time. The only good thing was the waiter Bob.
