Hotel Monte Bondone

The view from the hotel is amazing, amenities are very good too. Room was clean, staff were friendly, breakfast was very good. Dinner was ok, we did have better and cheaper food in Trento.

The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, we cannot thank them enough. The pool/spa area was great. The massage I had was just amazing. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great stay staff were friendly and helpfull. Good breakfast. Evening meal on the whole was good had one that was a miss. Well maintained and very clean hotel. Great location. Make sure you get the free tourist pass from reception. Wod come back again. Goid value hotel.

Property was great, it had great breakfast. It had activities to do for kids. It is located on a hill, so adds 20-25 minutes drive from Trento city.

The property was amazing, we booked 2 day but had to come down after the first due to my son getting altitude sickness, the staff were amazing, even calling a doctor for me to help with me son , food was good and the bar tender was amazing, even showed him a drinks from the internet and even though he had never heard of it, he made it for my wife. It is on a mountain so if you need any groceries or favorite bottle of drink, get it before you go up the mountain, remember most grocery stores are closed on Sunday. I would stay there again, many activities for the kids but make sure you have altitude sickness meds before you go up, especially if you have kids

This property was fantastic. The views are fabulous, the rooms are clean, the staff attentive. We have two kids and the room set up and restaurants were perfect for them.

We, a family of five, stayed one night. Lovely hotel, amazing views, nice pool area and clean spacious room. Dining menu a bit limited but they had what we were looking for. We would definitely come back another time, can highly recommend this place for families.

This hotel could easily reach a 5 star rating. The views are amazing and majority of the staff provide great customer service with an amazing lady on reception, barman and the one serving coffees was also a welcomed sight in the morning. The hotel itself is near a lift with great access to the snow and the hotel has a spa, ski equipment room, games room and parking. Together with dining this was all the reasons for booking this hotel. The downside to the hotel is a lack of flexibility by certain staff members, some of the basics in the room, the restaurant and breakfast. The restaurant appears to lack an understanding of the customer or leader that is able to deliver a product and experience. This is a great pity as the setting is fantastic but food, choice and organisation needs a lot of attention. They have the staff but not the leadership required to set standards and the service. Note that if you don’t get a booking they often won’t accept you in the restaurant this is not down to being full it’s more related to how things are organised and the lack of flexibility. Please also note that the hotel is promoting sustainability which I fully support however using this as an excuse for not providing glasses in rooms and decent shampoo, conditioner and soap is acceptable and a basic need. We stayed 7 days and asked about obtaining these products and was told to buy them from the supermarket in Trento by reception. The paper cups fell apart after 3 days and not replaced!!

Everything was excellent.

We just stayed 1 night, but got to see the Mountain Views at sunset and sunrise. Indoor/outdoor pool was awesome, but the sauna wasn't open in the morning (plan ahead if want spa services). High on the mountain, so taking meals at the property is the only option.
