イタリア人のいい加減さに、呆れた。あらかじめタクシーを頼もうとしたら、受け付けない。直前でも間に合うから、という。一応それで引き下がって、当日頼んだら、今度は時間を間違えた。

部屋でのwifi速度と電波が十分で非常に便利だった。朝食は十分豪華でおいしかった。
3階屋根裏の部屋だったが、3月上旬で風呂場に換気扇がない（？）ため非常に蒸し暑く、天窓を開けても寝苦しかった。夜開けっ放しは、外がうるさいためやめておいた方が良い。
薄い寝巻きにするなどして夜間涼しく寝られるのなら、とてもオススメできる。

Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. Hotel Pantheon was, without question, the worst hotel experience we've ever had. This hotel relies on its historic reputation to lure travelers in, then expects them to accept filthy rooms and poor service as part of the experience.
Our room was absolutely filthy. Among other issues, there were bugs, stained sheets, and stained towels -- all of which I have documented. No paying guest should be expected to sleep in a room like this.
When we brought these issues to the staff, instead of apologizing or making things right, we were met with rudeness and excuses. We were told the hotel is "old" and "historical," as though that somehow justifies poor hygiene and unacceptable room conditions. Historic hotels around the world manage to be both charming and clean. This one failed at the basics.
What bothered us most was the sense that the hotel's reputation and historic label are being used to convince travelers to accept conditions that should never be considered acceptable. We paid for a clean, comfortable hotel room and received neither.
If you're thinking about booking here, DO NOT! There are countless hotels that actually value their guests and provide clean accommodations. We would never stay here again and cannot recommend it under any circumstances. Left after 1 day into a 4 day stay due to the absolutely awful conditions.

The location is hard to beat. The booking site says two minutes to the Pantheon, but I actually timed it and it was closer to twenty seconds. If your goal is sightseeing, you’ll struggle to find a better base in Rome.
The staff were friendly and professional throughout the stay, and the rooms were consistently clean and well kept. Breakfast was also very good, with plenty of options and extremely kind and efficient staff.
The only real downside is that sound carries a bit. You can hear some noise from neighboring rooms and from the street below. It wasn’t a problem for me, but if you’re a very light sleeper it’s something to keep in mind.

Location is fantastic, hotel is safe and clean. Staff was friendly but unprofessional and there were a number of “oh by the way” events that were disappointing. Breakfast was small but satisfactory with a great attendant. Elevator was nearly worthless for more than a few people at a time. All of this said, the low rating is entirely due to value and surprise fees and taxes. The cost for the accommodation was not in line. Some friends stayed very close by in a nicer hotel for less money and we were in the luxury family suite. For a third of the money, I probably would have gone 4-5 stars.
