イタリア人のいい加減さに、呆れた。あらかじめタクシーを頼もうとしたら、受け付けない。直前でも間に合うから、という。一応それで引き下がって、当日頼んだら、今度は時間を間違えた。

部屋でのwifi速度と電波が十分で非常に便利だった。朝食は十分豪華でおいしかった。 3階屋根裏の部屋だったが、3月上旬で風呂場に換気扇がない（？）ため非常に蒸し暑く、天窓を開けても寝苦しかった。夜開けっ放しは、外がうるさいためやめておいた方が良い。 薄い寝巻きにするなどして夜間涼しく寝られるのなら、とてもオススメできる。

ホテル自体は良くても3つ星程度の質でしたが、立地がとにかく良く、主要な観光スポットに徒歩で行けたのが良かったです

Hôtel très exigu. On nous a donné une petite chambre sous les toits … mais bien aménagée.

Location is fantastic, hotel is safe and clean. Staff was friendly but unprofessional and there were a number of “oh by the way” events that were disappointing. Breakfast was small but satisfactory with a great attendant. Elevator was nearly worthless for more than a few people at a time. All of this said, the low rating is entirely due to value and surprise fees and taxes. The cost for the accommodation was not in line. Some friends stayed very close by in a nicer hotel for less money and we were in the luxury family suite. For a third of the money, I probably would have gone 4-5 stars.

Great place to stay for my family of four! Our room was on the top floor - double bed and two single beds - and everything met our expectations - clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff was very helpful in suggesting places to explore in the city and even bringing our luggage to our room. Breakfast options were plentiful and tasty. Location is excellent. Would stay here again!

Great location, decent sized rooms, and even better service! The location is perfect. You get to see the glorious Pantheon when you start and end the day. And the piazza is a great way to end the day. But what sets this hotel apart is the amazing service. We were taking the train to Naples, and Hotel Pantheon arranged for a taxi to Roma Termini. Unfortunately, we left a phone in the taxi. We contacted the hotel, and they immediately got in touch with the taxi company and driver and retrieved and held the phone for us. Amazing service and super helpful.

The location doesn’t get any better! This was the perfect hotel for our family of 6, we were able to stay in one room which had two bathrooms and a loft. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Can’t wait to return!

Bu otelde kalırsanız her yere yürüyerek gidebilirsiniz. Asla arabaya gerek yok, park yeri de yok zaten. Kahvaltısı 10 üzerinden 8 puan. Temiz, güvenli ve sessiz. Personeli güler yüzlü.

Die uns zugewiesenen Zimmer waren eng, dunkel und schwer erreichbar, verwinkelt, steile Treppe. Eine totale Enttäuschung, braune Wolldecken mit Laken. Da meine Tochter arbeiten musste und einen gut funktionierenden Internetanschluss benötigte, haben wir darauf gedrängt die Zimmer zu wechseln und bekamen die Diamant Suite. Diese war hell und geräumig. Der Zimmerservice war minimalistisch. Schmutzige Tassen wurden nicht gewechselt und das Frühstück mussten wir selber aufs Zimmer tragen! Die Preise für diese Unterkunft waren völlig unangemessen und nicht gerechtfertigt. Regina Imhof
