ホテルのスタッフとのコミュニケーションが 我々は英語が苦手で、上手く話が伝わらなかったのが、問題です。日本語スタッフが必要と思われます。

私は、青の洞窟とリフトで山に登りたくて、カプリ島２泊を計画しました、到着して、絶景があることに心が躍りました。写真の通りだと思いました。このホテルから、少しだけ歩くと賑やかなお店のある路地に行くことができます。２日間、青の洞窟、山へリフト、買い物、プールで泳ぐなど自分でアクティビティーを楽しみました。

風光明媚！スタッフのサービスも十分満足。朝食も充実している。

景色は抜群でずっと飽きない眺めだと思います。ホテルのスタッフも皆んなフレンドリーで良い人が多いと感じました。ただ、少し施設自体が古くなっているのは否めないかと思いました。滞在中ありがとうございました😊

ぜひお勧めしたいホテルです。閑静でとてもゆっくりした優雅な時間を過ごせます。

素晴らしい眺望。可愛いらしい内装。でも、お風呂はお湯が出ない。

有名な修道院を改装したホテルで、立地はバス停・フェリー港から近くで抜群です。 部屋は可愛らしい装飾でテラスがあり、海が一望できます。清掃も行き届いていてとても快適に過ごせました。 ここの朝食はビュッフェでとても美味しかったです。ケーキが自家製と思われ日替わりでした。 友人にお勧めできるホテルだと思いました。

Superior Double Room, Sea View の部屋に今回泊まりました。部屋の側面前面が海に面しており非常に眺めの良い部屋でした。小さいながらもテラスもあり、その日だけだったのか不明ですが夜の０時に花火が上がりよく見える部屋で本当に眺望は良い部屋でした。 しかしながら、それ以外良いところは有りませんでした。 ・事前に英語とイタリア語で送迎を依頼しましたが、ホテルからの返事は無く、チェックイン時にも何も謝罪もありませんでした。 ・チェックイン時にパスポートを渡すと記入したら返すとすぐには返してもらえず、次にフロントに行った時には無人のフロントのキーボックスにパスポートが入ったままになっていました。因みにフロンとのキーボックスの場所には誰でも入れる状態であり、いつ盗まれてもおかしくない状態でした。（他の宿泊客のものも同様でした） ・朝食は７：３０からと少し遅めで、時間きっかりに食堂に行くと電気がついてなかったので数分後再度行っても暗い状態で、念の為、部屋を覗くと薄暗い中にスタッフ４，５名がテーブルでコーヒーを飲んでいました。私が部屋に入っても反応がなく、挨拶をしたら、ああ、客が来たのだと言った反応で挨拶もなし。 ・朝食は前日の夜に作り置きをしたものらしく、スクランブルエッグは冷たかった（アルコールランプで入れ物を温めていたが、多分直前に火をつけた為に温まらなかったのだろう）前日のチェックイン時（１６時頃）に部屋へ行く途中に食堂を通った際にパンやパンケーキが置いてあったのを考えるとそれらも前日からのものだったのかもしれない。 以上のことから４★ホテルとの評価はどう考えても間違っていると思います。

とても、気持ち良く滞在出来ました。 スタッフも感じが良いし、部屋も綺麗で広々。 プールも気持ち良いし周辺もいい感じ。 またカプリ島に行く時は、ここに行きたいと思います。

アナカプリのこのホテルに５日間滞在しましたがマリーナグランデから電話したらシャトルバスでお迎えがあり、ホテルからマリーナグランデに出る時も予約すればシャトルが使えて便利でした。部屋からの眺めは最高ですがバストイレ以外は狭くて、大きめのトランクも開きにくいほどでした。スタッフの対応も日本人客がほとんどいないわりには親切で感じ良かったと思います。プールも広くカプリ地区の華やかさはありませんがのんびりしたい人にはおすすめかも。

I found it very difficult to arrange the airport shuttle because they would not communicate directly using the hotel.com direct portal to the hotel - all that they would do was send a link to a request form that could only be used to hire a boat for for example. But there is nowhere on the form to pre-arrange a pick up at the marina. I then communicated with hotel.com Messaging and they contacted the front desk for me and told me to call the front desk the day before my arrival to arrange the pick up. So I called from the United States on the day before and they told me to call when I arrived at the port of Naples. This involved having to activate my international cellular for the day and I called them from the airport and they told me to call again when I was about to leave the port on the ferry and I called them at that time and they said they would have the car there upon my arrival . There was no car waiting for me. Upon my arrival. I waited 20 minutes and I ended up having to call the hotel three times to ask where the Shuttle was. I was standing in the hot sun for close to 40 minutes exactly where I was supposed to stand at Pier 21 and finally, I see the van approaching full of passengers. So it all worked out but only after I made a total of five telephone calls and waited unnecessarily an extra 45 minutes at the marina after 24 hours of travel.. outside of that, everyone at the hotel was very friendly and helpful. But they were not helpful in setting up the shuttle.

Estadia incrível, equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa! A localização é ótima e a vista maravilhosa!!! Foi a melhor escolha da nossa viagem.

Great experience staying at the Hotel San Michele in Anacapri. Highly recommended. Excellent staff and amenities.

Location is beautiful and overlooks the Grand Marina. You can walk to the local Anicapri center and everything is there. Taxi ride to the top (from the Marina) cost us $40 euros with baggage and $30-35 euros without (pretty cool taxis there too- different than anywhere else). Staff very friendly and accommodating and breakfast was good. I would stay there again.

Wonderful property. Location location location. Kind staff. Great food. Walking distance to cute town and the famous chairlift. Will stay again for longer next time. Love this place and Capri! Such a gem.

Hotel incredibile, la vista è meravigliosa e l'hotel ha molta storia da raccontare, una rivitalizzazione sarebbe gradita, ma niente che lasci a desiderare!!!

Excelente ubicación y las mejores vistas de la isla. Si bien las habitaciones son chica (con un balcón enorme y vistas soñadas) todo el servicio del hotel es brillante. Una mención especial a Andrea del front desk que nos solucionó todo, nos dió las mejores recomendaciones, nos gestionó las reservas, excursiones. Siempre dispuesta y gentil para hacer de nuestra estadía inolvidable. Lo mismo para todo el personal del hotel, el chófer del transfer de cortesía en una van Mercedes Benz inmaculada. 10 de 10. Lo recomiendo 100% y sin dudas voy a volver.

L’hôtel est très bien situé à Anacapri proche de monte Solerno, de la villa San Michèle, des bus. Le restaurant est excellent, le personnel est avenant et courtois. Navette disponible du port de Marina Grande à l’hôtel à l’aller et au retour. Je recommande cet établissement sans hésitation.

We had a fantastic stay in Ravello and would absolutely recommend this property. The views were breathtaking, overlooking the Amalfi Coast and exceeding our expectations. The pool was a highlight of the stay—stunning, peaceful, and offering incredible panoramic views of the coastline and surrounding area. The location was excellent as well. It was within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and transportation, making it easy to explore Ravello. While the beach is not directly accessible on foot and requires a ride down the coast, getting there is simple and well worth it. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. We also appreciated the property’s layout. Although other guests stay in separate units, everything feels private and allows you to enjoy your own space without feeling crowded. The only downside was the WiFi. The listing advertises WiFi, but in our experience it only worked reliably near the pool area. Inside the room, the connection was essentially unusable. If you need internet access for work, video calls, or consistent browsing, this could be frustrating. Overall, this was a wonderful stay with beautiful views, a great location, and a relaxing atmosphere. Despite the WiFi issue, we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Nettes Personal, toller Blick. Super hoteltransfer zum Hafen mit sehr netten Chauffeure. Hotel leider sehr alt und vieles kaputt bzw. verrostet; nichts bepflanzt. Frühstück kein guter Standard mit schlechtem Kaffee. Pool sehr schön groß mit guter Wasserqualität, aber Pool-Anlage ebenfalls in die Jahre gekommen.
