私は、青の洞窟とリフトで山に登りたくて、カプリ島２泊を計画しました、到着して、絶景があることに心が躍りました。写真の通りだと思いました。このホテルから、少しだけ歩くと賑やかなお店のある路地に行くことができます。２日間、青の洞窟、山へリフト、買い物、プールで泳ぐなど自分でアクティビティーを楽しみました。

風光明媚！スタッフのサービスも十分満足。朝食も充実している。

景色は抜群でずっと飽きない眺めだと思います。ホテルのスタッフも皆んなフレンドリーで良い人が多いと感じました。ただ、少し施設自体が古くなっているのは否めないかと思いました。滞在中ありがとうございました😊

有名な修道院を改装したホテルで、立地はバス停・フェリー港から近くで抜群です。 部屋は可愛らしい装飾でテラスがあり、海が一望できます。清掃も行き届いていてとても快適に過ごせました。 ここの朝食はビュッフェでとても美味しかったです。ケーキが自家製と思われ日替わりでした。 友人にお勧めできるホテルだと思いました。

Superior Double Room, Sea View の部屋に今回泊まりました。部屋の側面前面が海に面しており非常に眺めの良い部屋でした。小さいながらもテラスもあり、その日だけだったのか不明ですが夜の０時に花火が上がりよく見える部屋で本当に眺望は良い部屋でした。 しかしながら、それ以外良いところは有りませんでした。 ・事前に英語とイタリア語で送迎を依頼しましたが、ホテルからの返事は無く、チェックイン時にも何も謝罪もありませんでした。 ・チェックイン時にパスポートを渡すと記入したら返すとすぐには返してもらえず、次にフロントに行った時には無人のフロントのキーボックスにパスポートが入ったままになっていました。因みにフロンとのキーボックスの場所には誰でも入れる状態であり、いつ盗まれてもおかしくない状態でした。（他の宿泊客のものも同様でした） ・朝食は７：３０からと少し遅めで、時間きっかりに食堂に行くと電気がついてなかったので数分後再度行っても暗い状態で、念の為、部屋を覗くと薄暗い中にスタッフ４，５名がテーブルでコーヒーを飲んでいました。私が部屋に入っても反応がなく、挨拶をしたら、ああ、客が来たのだと言った反応で挨拶もなし。 ・朝食は前日の夜に作り置きをしたものらしく、スクランブルエッグは冷たかった（アルコールランプで入れ物を温めていたが、多分直前に火をつけた為に温まらなかったのだろう）前日のチェックイン時（１６時頃）に部屋へ行く途中に食堂を通った際にパンやパンケーキが置いてあったのを考えるとそれらも前日からのものだったのかもしれない。 以上のことから４★ホテルとの評価はどう考えても間違っていると思います。

とても、気持ち良く滞在出来ました。 スタッフも感じが良いし、部屋も綺麗で広々。 プールも気持ち良いし周辺もいい感じ。 またカプリ島に行く時は、ここに行きたいと思います。

アナカプリのこのホテルに５日間滞在しましたがマリーナグランデから電話したらシャトルバスでお迎えがあり、ホテルからマリーナグランデに出る時も予約すればシャトルが使えて便利でした。部屋からの眺めは最高ですがバストイレ以外は狭くて、大きめのトランクも開きにくいほどでした。スタッフの対応も日本人客がほとんどいないわりには親切で感じ良かったと思います。プールも広くカプリ地区の華やかさはありませんがのんびりしたい人にはおすすめかも。

Trevligt hotell med fantastiskt läge. Rent rum med underbar utsikt. Den bokade transporten från färjan till hotellet kom inte och frukosten var inte imponerande. Restaurangens meny fanns bara på italienska och maten rekommenderas inte. Perfekt läge på gångavstånd från Villa San Michele och Anacapris butiker och restauranger.

We loved the hotel, especially the service — we were very well received and felt truly welcomed throughout our stay. The only small issue was the smell in the room, which felt a bit closed up, possibly a slight musty odor, and a bit strong at first. However, we left the balcony door open and it improved.

El hotel es muy viejo hay aspectos como el Mobiliario en general que necesitan renovación , la alberca no estaba funcionando y ya estábamos a mediados de abril y se encontraba sucia y con un nivel de agua bajísimo, el Personal es increíble nos auxiliaron mucho, el hotel tiene una excelente Vista aunque está en anacapri es Buena ubicación porque también hay atracciones en esa zona, el Desayuno estaba incluido y fue bueno y nos llevaron gratis al puerto ya que tomaríamos ferry así que felices , excelente opción !

We didnt know about the courtesy shuttle but a quick, easy taxi from the port took us up to Anacapri and the hotel. The Shuttle returned us to the port and was very convenient. The hotel was amazing, easy walk into the town of Anacapri and will stay there again!

Beautiful building over look the sea, good location, within walking distance 5 minutes to piazza Victoria where is a transportation hub, shopping and restaurant. Chair lift to Mount Solaro also there in the Piazza. Walk another 2 minutes, reach bus stops to Blue Grotto and Faro. It is a very convenient location. Hotel also has 2 Terrance that beautiful sunset and sun rise views can be easy captured. Breakfast and resturant/bar offer breath taking sea views, over looking the Capri Marina Grande. I was very happy stayed there. Sure will come back to stay some day.

Great room, perfect location. Staff was outstanding and very helpful. Pickup service and drop off was great.

The location is spectacular. The gardens are beautiful. The hotel is nice. The staff are friendly and helpful; we extend special kudos to Salvatore, the shuttle driver, who was exceedingly friendly and accommodating. We did find the room to be really small (but its terrace was twice the size of the room!). One note of caution: avoid the restaurant in the hotel.

The entire hotel needs a little love (especially outside). Boxes and things in the lobby area. Let me say, however, that the staff was nice, the rooms are clean and best shower (except no door makes it cold). We would definitely be back!
