ロケーション、サービス共に最高でした イタリア周遊だったため1泊だったのがとても残念でした

ホテルの写真では、あまりわからなかったが、ロケーション、部屋も期待以上に良く、コスパもよいと思った。マリーナピッコラのビーチにもすぐに行けるし、カプリまでの無料送迎もあり、周りは静かな所なのでゆっくりできた。ただ、部屋の鍵が非常に開けづらく毎回苦労した。レストランでのサービスも4つ星とは言い難い雑な対応だったが、イタリア人はこんなものだろうか。 総合的にはとても気に入ったので、また利用したい。絶対オーシャンビューの部屋がおすすめ。

I couldn't have been more pleased with my room and my own private terrace with a stunning view of the Faraglione rocks! The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. Special thanks to Cataldo for his help with recommending a driver for me as I continued my journey to Ravello.

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Area and location is great, and views fantastic. Shuttle service very handy - we used it to/from the port, though walked the 700m to/from the town area for dinners in the evening, but nevertheless, having the option of the shuttle is good. Food was okay, but glad we only booked half board for two of the four nights of our stay... would have preferred to have had a euros credit towards the A la carte menu instead... Would recommend...

The property location and overall views are spectacular. The staff (mainly front desk) is horrendous, snotty and condescending. The breakfast was absolutely terrible and incredibly overpriced. Their website claims they are the only hotel on the island completely covered by free wifi. Our wifi did not work and after many reminders they let me know it's not their fault, but the fibre was not working. They also claim they lend fishing rods and reels, also a blatant lie. My son asked and they scoffed and said taht is not offered, maybe an update to the website would be good if they can get their wifi working. The front desk attendant Tito was pompous and arrogant, ruined the experience for us. The cocktails are terribly overpriced. Stay here for the views and location as well as convenient shuttle service, but go elsewhere for meals and drinks.

A bit dated, but the views are unbearable, the restaurant on site is great, and it’s right above the main public beach and additional great dining options. They also have shuttles that go into town every 15 mins, which is very convenient.

The establishment was pleasant, and the staff was very attentive. I would highly recommend staying at Hotel Weber Ambassador in Capri. They made are stay memorable and we will definitely return when we are back in Italy.

This was a great hotel! We had a fantastic experience and the location couldn’t have been better, we look forward to go back, the entire staff was great, but Antonio from reception was unique and made our experience really fun and also yeni the hotel manager was beyond great and made us left promising to come back! I highly recommend it

Staff was very nice and funny. One staff from Brazil, I cannot remember his name, he was really helpful and funny. Saverio, one of the drivers would go above and beyond to make sure you'd get to the Molo di Capri /Naples on time.

O hotel tem uma praia super agradável a frente, tem uma comodidade incrível de vans que saem a todo instante para levar e pegar no centro de Capri o dia inteiro, tem serviço de transfer do Porto, café da manhã perfeito! O gerente Augusto muito atencioso e simpático, realmente gosta do que faz. Só não gostei muito do acesso ao quanto que é meio pela garagem, mas existem outros quartos com localização melhor que o acesso deve ser muito melhor também. Se um dia voltar a Capri, ficarei no mesmo hotel. Super indico!
