ロケーション、サービス共に最高でした イタリア周遊だったため1泊だったのがとても残念でした

ホテルの写真では、あまりわからなかったが、ロケーション、部屋も期待以上に良く、コスパもよいと思った。マリーナピッコラのビーチにもすぐに行けるし、カプリまでの無料送迎もあり、周りは静かな所なのでゆっくりできた。ただ、部屋の鍵が非常に開けづらく毎回苦労した。レストランでのサービスも4つ星とは言い難い雑な対応だったが、イタリア人はこんなものだろうか。 総合的にはとても気に入ったので、また利用したい。絶対オーシャンビューの部屋がおすすめ。

A vista do hotel é maravilhosa e poder contar com o serviço de transfer foi muito bom! Além disso, o hotel é perto de uma praia linda, que não é tão lotada. Fomos bem atendidos na chegada, inclusive com os funcionários falando português conosco, o que não tivemos em nenhum outro hotel na Itália. No entanto, no segundo dia, quando já tínhamos que ir embora, não deram atenção às nossas dúvidas. A impressão que fica é que o hotel é muito grande, chegam muitas pessoas todos os dias, e isso acaba interferindo na qualidade do atendimento. Nossa percepção é de que nesse hotel o cliente não possui uma exclusividade, como sentimos em hotéis menores na Itália. Não nos deu a sensação de aconchego que tivemos em outros lugares.

Hotel antigo mas lindo! Vista maravilhosa. Ótimo café da manhã. Ar condicionado do quarto anexo nao funcionou. Transporte para o centro de ida e volta. Próximo a praia, pública. Valeu a experiência em Capri.

Excellent location, amazing staff, and an outstanding shuttle service. However, for the sake of transparency, I would like to point out that, contrary to the information provided by the property via Expedia messages at the time of booking, the shuttle service to the port does not operate drop-offs until 8:00 PM, but only until 6:00 PM. Another downside room amenities maintenance, especially was the shower. Due to inadequate maintenance, the worn aluminum covering on the shower head caused a small cut on my finger. Fortunately, it was nothing serious, but I felt it was important to mention it so that the property can maintain the high standards it aims to provide. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and appreciate the efforts of the staff.

Everything and everyone was great here. Very helpful staff. Pool was awesome, just wish it was open a little later. The shuttle service to and from the town center was so helpful. Only thing I would change is our room (junior suite) was under the restaurant and it was extremely loud when chairs and people would move above us early in the morning.

A melhor vista de Capri! Localização excelente, a poucos passos da praia. Cama boa, café da manhã bom! Transfer gratuito para o centro de Capri , que fica no alto da ilha. Só não gostei de cobrarem para a Marina Grande para nos levarem até o Ferry, mas ainda assim é mais barato que táxi. O único ponto que não gostei foi que , ao retirar o cobre leito da cama para dormir, vi que eles não trocam o cobre leito, pois estava lotado de cabelo agarrado na parte interna dele.

O melhor deste hotel é a vista incrível. O atendimento dos funcionários também não deixa a desejar, é excelente. A limpeza muito boa. Porém é um hotel que parece antigo e acho que precisaria de uma renovação, melhoria das camas e travesseiros e roupas de banho. O café da manhã muito bom, com várias opções. Porém preços de bebidas no bar um pouco elevados.

Hotel incrível!! Funcionários falam português, estrutura perfeita! Café da manhã maravilhoso! Fica um pouco distante do centro mas tem shuttle gratuito para o centro a cada 15 minutos. Voltaria mil vezes! Nossa diária terminou as 11:00 mas é muito comum deixarem as nossas malas lá enquanto aproveitamos a cidade até o final do dia, quando pegamos o ferry para Sorrento.

The hotel is a bit outdated but my "family" room was huge. The location is amazing just steps away from the beach (free) and multiple beach clubs. There are several reataurants/bars near by but we mostly used the hotel shuttle to go into town and have dinner there. The lunches around the pool were very tasty! The calamari is a must

A equipe de funcionários foi muito atenciosa, Viccenzo fala português o que ajudou. Tudo limpo, café da manhã com muitas opções. Só a cama poderia ser mais confortável. De resto tudo muito bom.

Mycket bra hotell med rena och fräscha rum samt fantastisk havsutsikt. Perfekt läge nära en fin badstrand. Stort plus för den kostnadsfria skytteln till Capri centrum. God frukost med härlig utsikt över havet. Rekommenderas varmt!

I had great experience at this hotel.

Such a beautiful property with a stunning view of Marina Piccola and the Faraglioni rocks! We loved our three night stay here! Our terrace view was amazing, the room was huge and the staff was so helpful and friendly, with a special shout out to the shuttle drivers! The free shuttle to town that runs every 8 minutes was a huge plus! Grazie mille to everyone!

The stay was wonderful. Arriving late due to ferry cancellation/rescheduling, the staff were very attentive. Immediately helping with dinner reservations, ensuring our luggage was delivered by the porter service and making sure every ask was promptly taken care of. On our day of departure, all ferries were cancelled due to weather and without hesitation the Villa Francesco team jumped into action and arranged for a car service to Sorrento. Our next visit to Positano we will definitely stay here again. Oh by the way, the breakfast and room service were excellent.
