ホテルの写真では、あまりわからなかったが、ロケーション、部屋も期待以上に良く、コスパもよいと思った。マリーナピッコラのビーチにもすぐに行けるし、カプリまでの無料送迎もあり、周りは静かな所なのでゆっくりできた。ただ、部屋の鍵が非常に開けづらく毎回苦労した。レストランでのサービスも4つ星とは言い難い雑な対応だったが、イタリア人はこんなものだろうか。
総合的にはとても気に入ったので、また利用したい。絶対オーシャンビューの部屋がおすすめ。

Amazing views. The shuttle service was exceptional as walking wasn't an option. Rooms are slightly dated but who cares when paradise is outside. Unreal that you can stroll to the beach and swim in ocean. Staff is very friendly .

Amazing staff! From Genny in the cafe by the pool, to Antonio or Emilio at the desk, the staff making up the rooms, or anyone in the breakfast room (our bkfst waiter from Poland was delightful and a polyglot) , or driving the complimentary shuttle to Capri, everyone was most helpful, professional, and warm.
The location right above the water is precious, but the team that runs the Weber Ambassador is most remarkable. Thank you, Grazie, Muchas gracias to all!

The room was very clean. Extra blankets and pillows too :) the staff were so helpful & welcoming. The shuttle service from the port was great and very easy to use. The views were impeccable and were so happy that we chose this part of the island to stay on.

The hotel was great but beware that if the ferries are cancelled they will still charge you for the room. All ferries from Sorrento were cancelled, so we went to Naples as the hotel told us to and spent the day waiting on ferry after ferry but all were cancelled due to weather. So there was absolutely no way to get to the island but we still had to pay for the hotel room (and another one in Naples).
However, once we finally made it the next day, the hotel was lovely and the staff very friendly.

The view to the beach and ocean were spectacular. The staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the restaurant were gorgeous. Our ferry was canceled due to bad weather and the hotel manager lined us up for another night stay and arranged for us to be picked up from the marina. We LOVED our stay and look forward to coming back here in the future. Wonderful friendly staff, incredible views, and great food. They hit the trifecta of a memorable vacation experience.

Lovely hotel. Enjoyed our stay. Area and location is great, and views fantastic. Shuttle service very handy - we used it to/from the port, though walked the 700m to/from the town area for dinners in the evening, but nevertheless, having the option of the shuttle is good.
Food was okay, but glad we only booked half board for two of the four nights of our stay... would have preferred to have had a euros credit towards the A la carte menu instead...
