Etablissement qui fut très bien ............il y a 20 ans mais qui est désormais en grand manque d'entretien !!
les couloirs sont lamantables........tout est à l'abandon !
Est-ce que la direction de la chaîne attend un miracle, ou bien attend que sa clientèle aille à la concurrence ??
ne serait-ce que se méfier de l'ouverture du B&B tout beau, tout neuf.....!!!!

Les chambres sont en très mauvais état. Rénovations en cours. Problème électrique dans plusieurs chambres. Problème d'ascenseur. On nous a donné qu'une carte par chambre ce qui est limitant. Petit dej bien.

One of The rooms had a lot of mold spots in the shower ceiling and some other in the room hallway. The other room was missing part of the ceiling. The room card worked only the first time entry, for the other time we entered the room, the front desk gentleman had to walk to the room and open it with a key because he tried two times to configure the card again and did not work. The location was convenient from the highway, the breakfast was good, the bed and pillows were good, but unfortunately the experience was terrible because the mold was a health concern and it was a big area, not some spots. Also if you are remodeling the hotel you should provide the guest a complete room and work on others, we should not stayed in a room without ceiling, without shower doors.

Personnel charmant, surtout les jeunes femmes de la réception.
Dommage que l’on ait tant de difficultés à ouvrir les portes des chambres avec les cartes qui se démagnétisent seules ! Il faut souvent redescendre faire remagnetiser sa carte ou bien penser à le faire systématiquement quand on rentre !!!!!

Avons dû demander à changer de chambre sitôt arrivés car il n’y avait de la lumière que dans la salle de bains !!!!
Tout au long du séjour nous avons eu des problèmes pour ouvrir la porte des deux chambres : à 4 reprises avons dû demander de l’aide au personnel pour pouvoir entrer dans nos chambres respectives !!!!!
Je viens très régulièrement dans cet hôtel pour des raisons de commodité et la dégradation va grandissant.
Il est urgent de remédier à l’essentiel

Ett väldigt slitet hotell. TVen på rummet gick inte att få igång. Dåliga eluttag där skyddshöljet lossnade som man fick sätta tillbaka. Frukost ingick med minimalt utbud.

Schimmel ist wohl das kleinste Problem.Die ganze Nacht tropfte Wasser von/durch die Decke. Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht

Très bon tarif. Petit déjeuner moyen, chambre sans mini bar ( il n’y a que l’emplacement). Mobilier vieillot. Salle de bain à refaire surtout la douche abîmée par l’humidité. Pas de bac de douche et pas de lumière. Débit de l’eau optimal. Assez décevant dans l’ensemble mais pour le prix…

Abbiamo passato solo una notte, posizione ottimale, letto comodo e stanza pulita. La nostra era l'unica camera del corridoio con chiave non elettronica, inoltre in bagno non c'era la ventola per arieggiare. Anche la porta del bagno da sistemare. Per il resto rapporto qualità prezzo ok

The hotel appears quite old and seems to be undergoing renovations. Unfortunately, the bathroom was in poor condition — the shower was dirty, and the ceiling was covered in mold. The breakfast was disappointing; the food did not seem fresh, and the scrambled eggs looked unappetizing. We ultimately decided to check out early and have breakfast elsewhere.

Séjour sympathique mais quelques anomalies :
impossible d'ouvrir la fenêtre la première nuit, la poignée est cassée ! Je l'ai signalé, on me l'a ouverte avec les moyens du bord, mais aucune réparation efficace durant les 5 jours. Visiblement il n'y a aucune véritable maintenance du bâtiment en général; c'est vraiment dommage que la chaîne IDEA n'agisse pas, car l,'hôtel est bien placé et pourrait redevenir agréable comme au temps où il était Holiday Inn dans les années 1980.......!
Le personnel est charmant mais ne peut pas faire des miracles, il fait le maximum avec ce qu'on leur donne pour travailler !!!
