レセプションまで高い階段を何段も上らなくてはいけないのに、スタッフはヘラヘラして見ているだけだった。外観の写真とホテルは違った。

地図では分かりずらいがタクシー乗り場のある小さい広場に面していて看板も出ていてわかりやすい。二階に上がる必要があり大きな荷物はやや苦戦。明るいおじさんか、英語が堪能なおばさんがフロントに。WIFI普通。値段相応といえばそうだがまずまず快適なほう。カンポ広場１分、マッテオッティ広場３分（スーパーのコナドがある）。バスセンター５分。見どころに数分以内で行ける。駅からだと、駅を背に左手のガラスのエレベータで地下１階に下りそこからエスカレーターで延々のぼり一般道へ。門があり左手に道なりに５分進むと、シエナの城壁。くぐってまっすぐ歩くこと２０分。石畳なのでスーツケースは少しつらい。

接客はにこやかで感じが良い。立地はカンポ広場から近く便利。室内の設備が全体に古く、狭い。ハンガーなどもバラバラで本数がない。

シエナTOCCI通りの大きいバス停やカンポ広場からも近く、場所については申し分ありません ただしエレベーターがないので、荷物の上げ下げは大変でした シャワーも簡素的、朝食もなし、セキュリティボックスもありませんが、お値段や所在地や従業員の方の対応を考えると私的にはとても満足でした！

小さなホテルですが、場所はカンポ広場の近くです。 設備は必要十分な範囲ですが、観光に最適です。 何処に行くにも便利でした。

The shower had no curtain, it flooded after one use, the picture of the hotel in the opening screen is across the piazza, nothing to do with the called hotel, had to go three floor up with our luggage, since was in a historic place…the parking was about 20 minutes walk

L’avantage de cet hôtel Il est en plein centre-ville on peut tout faire à pied super pour les visites ! Accueil pas très chaleureux dommage ! Décoration triste à éviter pour un week-end en amoureux . Sinon c’est propre.

Absolument pas recommandé

Room was very clean and we had a great view from the top floor. The location couldn't get better with most places within 10 minutes walking distance. One star less due to the tiny bathroom, and be careful with the low ceiling and door frames if you're close to 6 ft. Overall, we had a great stay.

No real amenities to review. This is a budget hotel. Its very convenient and clean and the staff were helpful.

La Perla is in a great location. Note there is no elevator and about 30 steps to the floor where the door to the rooms is located. Some rooms, you need to navigate a narrow spiral staircase. Luggage could be an issue… The room was basic but fine, bathroom on the small side and the toilet…if you are tall…sit diagonal on the toilet so your knees don’t smash against the wall. Basically…a cross between a hotel and hostel. Towels were like table clothes…shower leaked from under the curtain… the shower head was not very strong but the hot water was great. It was unusually cool and I did not have super sufficient clothing but I could not heat the room with the radiator and relied on extra blankets to keep me warm. For that matter the wall unit didn’t turn on…at all. The cleaning people were good. The towels were the thinnest of any hotel I have ever stayed at - like a small tablecloth. No face towel only hand and body towels. One of the hand towels I used so I did slip after taking a shower that leaked out of the pan because it didn’t touch the floor. All in all, it is in a great location and sufficient. I only saw one employee twice - once upon check-in and then randomly the next day. Did not see anyone at checkout but left my key on a table with others who had done the same.

The property was very close to lots of dining options and the town centre. Check in communication was good and the room was compact but perfect for a 2 night stay. would stay there again

Hôtel très bien situé, à 1min à pied della Piazza Del Campo. Propreté impeccable, accueil bienveillant et souriant. Salle de bain étroite mais ça n'a pas été un soucis pour moi. Seul bémol : les fenêtres simple vitrage qui ne permettent pas une isolation sonore parfaite le soir lorsque des gens passent dans la rue. Si vous souhaitez simplement un endroit pour dormir bien situé dans Sienne, prenez cet hôtel. Grazie !

We were in the attic room. Heed the warnings about large luggage. We were fine with carry ons, but we got stuck waiting for another couple struggling to get their very large bags up the tiny spiral staircase. Beautiful views from the attic rooms. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, it’s ideally situated, a coffee shop steps away is a bonus every morning. Staff is friendly, rooms clean, area safe. Will return again.

Simple but very close to all and very clean. Need to be able to walk up many steps.
