レセプションまで高い階段を何段も上らなくてはいけないのに、スタッフはヘラヘラして見ているだけだった。外観の写真とホテルは違った。

地図では分かりずらいがタクシー乗り場のある小さい広場に面していて看板も出ていてわかりやすい。二階に上がる必要があり大きな荷物はやや苦戦。明るいおじさんか、英語が堪能なおばさんがフロントに。WIFI普通。値段相応といえばそうだがまずまず快適なほう。カンポ広場１分、マッテオッティ広場３分（スーパーのコナドがある）。バスセンター５分。見どころに数分以内で行ける。駅からだと、駅を背に左手のガラスのエレベータで地下１階に下りそこからエスカレーターで延々のぼり一般道へ。門があり左手に道なりに５分進むと、シエナの城壁。くぐってまっすぐ歩くこと２０分。石畳なのでスーツケースは少しつらい。

接客はにこやかで感じが良い。立地はカンポ広場から近く便利。室内の設備が全体に古く、狭い。ハンガーなどもバラバラで本数がない。

シエナTOCCI通りの大きいバス停やカンポ広場からも近く、場所については申し分ありません ただしエレベーターがないので、荷物の上げ下げは大変でした シャワーも簡素的、朝食もなし、セキュリティボックスもありませんが、お値段や所在地や従業員の方の対応を考えると私的にはとても満足でした！

小さなホテルですが、場所はカンポ広場の近くです。 設備は必要十分な範囲ですが、観光に最適です。 何処に行くにも便利でした。

Hôtel très bien situé, à 1min à pied della Piazza Del Campo. Propreté impeccable, accueil bienveillant et souriant. Salle de bain étroite mais ça n'a pas été un soucis pour moi. Seul bémol : les fenêtres simple vitrage qui ne permettent pas une isolation sonore parfaite le soir lorsque des gens passent dans la rue. Si vous souhaitez simplement un endroit pour dormir bien situé dans Sienne, prenez cet hôtel. Grazie !

We were in the attic room. Heed the warnings about large luggage. We were fine with carry ons, but we got stuck waiting for another couple struggling to get their very large bags up the tiny spiral staircase. Beautiful views from the attic rooms. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times, it’s ideally situated, a coffee shop steps away is a bonus every morning. Staff is friendly, rooms clean, area safe. Will return again.

Simple but very close to all and very clean. Need to be able to walk up many steps.

Great place on a budget!

The first two hotel employees helped with our suitcase, but the lady on the last day couldn't do it and didn't treat us well. The street was very noisy and the windows were very old, allowing the noise of a busy street to filter through. We definitely wouldn't return to this hotel.

O local é bom, tranquilo e o rapaz nos atendeu e muito gentil. Oportunidade de melhoria e colocar um box no banheiro pois a agua acaba molhando tudo, e toalhas que absorvam melhor.

This was an excellent location and place to stay for our two nights in Siena. The room is small but clean and has a great view. Staff were friendly. Would recommend!

This is more like a hostel for younger people I'd say.. very small rooms for a family of 3 with luggage.. but beds were comfy.. only one pillow each and really cramped but great staff and location!

Sauber, komfortabel, ausgezeichnet gelegen

This hotel is very well located, you have restaurants, stores and tourist attractions at walking distance. In addition, there is a taxi station right in front of the hotel (very important to go to the train/bus station). Last but not least, the staff was very kind. Highly recommended!
