We had an absolutely amazing week at ME Milan - Il Duca. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail and level of service were outstanding. It was my partner’s 40th birthday, and I had requested a few special touches for the room—what the team delivered went far beyond expectations. They made the celebration truly memorable with thoughtful surprises and impeccable hospitality.
The staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help. The hotel itself is stunning, with a modern vibe and luxurious comfort that made us feel pampered throughout our stay.
Thank you again to everyone at ME Milan - Il Duca for making our time in Milan so special. We’ll definitely be back!

予約時にシングルベッド2台の部屋もあると書いてあったのでスイートの部屋を予約したのですが、念のために問い合わせをするとスイートにはキングベッドとソファーベッドしかないと言われ、返金もできないと言われたので、仕方なくスイートの料金のまま、ランクを下げた部屋に変更することになりました。ホテル自体はきれいで良かったが、予約時にきちんとかいておいてほしかったのと、問い合わせまでしているのだから、予約の取り直しをさせてほしかった。

滞在二日目、早朝（5時）にとてつもない音（警報ベル？）で目が覚め5～6分ぐらい鳴りやまなかった。
滞在客がロビーに集まっていたが、ホテルスタッフも原因がわからず対応不備。その後もまた鳴りはじめ
その後全然休めなかった。

Its still very new. Loved roof top bar which is open-air. Breakfast wasn't included. If you like staying new hotel, this is good option in Milan.

The staff attitude and level of service at this hotel were extremely disappointing. I have stayed at ME London twice, and this was my first experience at ME Milan, which unfortunately fell far below expectations.
The hotel appears designed to extract every possible extra charge from guests in a very unprofessional manner. When we requested an additional bottle of water, we were told we had to order it through the restaurant so it could be charged. We also paid the most expensive Coca-Cola of our lives here — €12 for a small bottle. I have dined at many upscale restaurants worldwide and have never been charged this much for a Coca-Cola.
To make matters worse, when the hotel arranged a taxi for our return to the airport, they provided the driver with the wrong airport name. As a result, we nearly missed our flight.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating and not at all what one would expect from a hotel of this category. This was my first and last stay at ME Milan, and it will also be the last time I choose to stay at any ME hotel anywhere in the world.

Not a 5* hotel at all…The cleaning lady came at 5pm only to clean the room although we had left the room the whole day, hence the front desk asked me if I ask specifically the room to be cleaned… Even when she came back to « clean » she left some tissues on the floor…
Plus, an alarm rang at 5 am the morning.
All in all, bad experience, I won’t come back.

The staff should be instructed to have a more professional attitude, servers speaking loudly to each other and making comments about guests doesn’t create a pleasant ambiance.
At the rooftop bar the staff doesn’t communicate between them, I was asked to sign the check at the exit and I had already done that at the table , really annoying.

Die Zimmer sind sehr dunkel, es gibt kein helles Licht. Wir waren Ende November hier und das Zimmer was sehr kalt, obwohl wir die Heizung auf 30 Grad einstellten! Dafür sieht das Zimmer sehr schön aus und der Service war hervorragend! Auch die Lage direkt neben der Metro ist optimal.

Great hotel, except for the room service food. Service was good too, but I didn’t really like feeling pressured by the in room dining staff to leave a cash tip.
