Lovely and amazing location

Hotel restaurant has a wonderful view, even though the rooms are in a different building, it was not far away from the main building. The staff was very professional and friendly. Ravello is the most beautiful town at Amalfi coast.

Outstanding

Location was great and breakfast was great. Our room did not have a shower, just a deep tub that was hard to get in and out of. I would not have booked if I would have known the room did not offer a shower. We had to call to clean our room after being gone all day. The bar did not open until 7 PM. The stay was just ok and for the price not a good value. I would not book here again.

I never write reviews but Miramalfi was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed. Their service is top notch and every staff member goes above and beyond. This hotel is worth every cent! We cannot wait to come back!!!

Great location however, the classic double room and the hotel itself is around 3.5 stars...maybe 4 stars because it's in an old town in Europe.

Piece of heaven

We celebrated Mother's Day at this beautiful property. Our dinner was sublime with a view of the water, priceless and romantic. Our garden facing room was lovely and the staff very friendly. We drove and the location was very hard to find. Once we figured it out we were met at a piazza steps away. The bellboy drove our car through the most narrow street you can imagine and our worries melted away.

Beautiful and refined hotel with a rooftop terrace that is spectacular! We experienced exceptional service from the front desk, the restaurant waiters, and the porters who took care of our car and luggage. Everyone was welcoming, gracious, attentive. The staff members, in pure Euro fashion, were well groomed, dressed in suit and tie or scarf, and spoke impeccable English. We had a wonderful relaxing dinner in the restaurant, and the next morning an amazing breakfast on the rooftop. We also recommend Luigi’s Bar right below the hotel,in a lovely courtyard. This is where we were when news broke out, and all Ravello church bells rang wildly, about our new Pope. Do book here, it is a quiet respite from the busy Ravello streets and a fabulous location for whatever sights you wish to see.

Room and conditions are ok. Breakfast is excellent. It is not easy to reach by car and parking is not easy.

The staff without exception were lovely. Very professional but also very kind … nothing was too much trouble. The food was delicious and breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea was a delight. Antonella was very attentive and friendly. We had the blue garden room which was very comfortable and our own little terrace. I would recommend it to anyone who wants to have a treat .

The hotel is beautiful and the staff was amazing.

Can’t say enough about how lovely the Palazzo Confalone is. Old world charm, elegant and understated, not glitzy. The architecture, views and grounds are its most beautiful assets and speak for themselves. The staff was great. The concierge even called the town hall, in the village that my grandparents come from, to find out how to get their birth certificates. Best views in all of Ravello. Outside our room we had a private eating area, orange and lemon groves, and stunning views of the Amalfi Coast. Breakfast outdoors with incredible views of the coast. Lovely, quiet palazzo dining room with sky-high domed ceiling and excellent food. Can’t wait to go back!

It’s a lovely Palazzo..lots of history and public rooms well kept. that said there are several things that travelers should be aware of.. No elevators at all and many steps to get around.. My mini suite had several issues which were brought to the attention of front desk who did not seem interested. Jacuzzi tub has rusted and cruddy water and not usable. I tried several times to clean to no avail. Toilet flush buttons broken. Shower moulding filthy and leaking all over floor. Hot towel bars inoperable- did not get hot.. front desk said it was fixable but did not do anything.they charge for water- not cool.. front desk impotent to resolve even little concerns- definitely not up to par- it’s a shame because it’s a lovely facility that is lacking..this was by far the worse property I stayed at in Italy …and I stayed at seven upscale hotels on this trip..
