This is by far one of THE BEST hotels I have had the pleasure of staying at. It is par excellence. Ravello itself is majestic resting on a mountain and this hotel simply augments its beauty. From our check in to check out - everything was seamless. The property screams elegance and class and the staff backs it up with flawless service. Breakfast is both a visual and culinary delight perched on a balcony with stunning views of the Amalfi coast and picturesque beach villages of Minori and Māori. Special shout out to Luigi, who took such great care of us everyday and made sure we were fed and our bellies happy. We stayed for 5 nights and were visiting for a friends wedding. The hotel is walking distance from pretty much everything. Our rooms were massive and the bathroom had a jacuzzi in it which was something we were not expecting in the least. I highly recommend this for a romantic get away.

This hotel is beautiful and has so much history. The views are magical and the restaurant, particularly our server, Giovanni, was phenomenal (best service we’ve ever had). However, as it relates to the amenities and cleanliness this is far from a 5-star experience. Our towels we received were dirty with dried blood, the entryway to the hotel had a swarm of some type of flying insects (gnats?), there was no shower in our room (the bath was nice but inconvenient for getting ready quickly or comfortably), and the toiletries were just very standard formulations you’d get at a Marriott. I would absolutely recommend going here for a lunch or late afternoon drink or an excellent dinner on the terrace but I wouldnt recommend staying here.

The hotel is in a lovely location. The views from the breakfast area and from our room terrace were spectacular. Breakfast was delicious and in abundance. Servers were attentive.

Beautiful views from this hotel. Overall was happy with our room and our stay; we had an ocean view. I felt the room is overpriced for what you get. But it is Ravello so every place charges a premium. The breakfast which is included is fabulous.

Lovely and amazing location

Hotel restaurant has a wonderful view, even though the rooms are in a different building, it was not far away from the main building. The staff was very professional and friendly. Ravello is the most beautiful town at Amalfi coast.

Outstanding

Location was great and breakfast was great. Our room did not have a shower, just a deep tub that was hard to get in and out of. I would not have booked if I would have known the room did not offer a shower. We had to call to clean our room after being gone all day. The bar did not open until 7 PM. The stay was just ok and for the price not a good value. I would not book here again.

I never write reviews but Miramalfi was by far the best hotel I have ever stayed. Their service is top notch and every staff member goes above and beyond. This hotel is worth every cent! We cannot wait to come back!!!

Great location however, the classic double room and the hotel itself is around 3.5 stars...maybe 4 stars because it's in an old town in Europe.

Piece of heaven

We celebrated Mother's Day at this beautiful property. Our dinner was sublime with a view of the water, priceless and romantic. Our garden facing room was lovely and the staff very friendly. We drove and the location was very hard to find. Once we figured it out we were met at a piazza steps away. The bellboy drove our car through the most narrow street you can imagine and our worries melted away.

Beautiful and refined hotel with a rooftop terrace that is spectacular! We experienced exceptional service from the front desk, the restaurant waiters, and the porters who took care of our car and luggage. Everyone was welcoming, gracious, attentive. The staff members, in pure Euro fashion, were well groomed, dressed in suit and tie or scarf, and spoke impeccable English. We had a wonderful relaxing dinner in the restaurant, and the next morning an amazing breakfast on the rooftop. We also recommend Luigi’s Bar right below the hotel,in a lovely courtyard. This is where we were when news broke out, and all Ravello church bells rang wildly, about our new Pope. Do book here, it is a quiet respite from the busy Ravello streets and a fabulous location for whatever sights you wish to see.
