Palazzo Manfredi

シャワールームの排水溝が詰まって水が溢れそうになった。 シャワールームの扉も横にスライドしたらすぐに取れて壊れた。 安価な物を使っていると感じた。 ドアノブも取れそうになっていて壊れていた。

素晴らしい客室から昼間の、また、素晴らしい屋上レストランでイタリアンとワインを堪能しながらライトアップされた夜のコロッセオを思う存分眺められて出来て忘れられない思い出になった。スタッフの方々も皆さんとても親切でフレンドリーで暖かい気持ちになった。

もうこちらには泊まりたくない。 5つ星とは思えない。 部屋にティッシュペーパーはないし、お部屋の電話も充電されてなく、フロントに行くまでに外に出て5分以上歩かないといけない場所なのに、フロントに電話したい時にかけれなくて、とても不便だった。 またチェックイン時にゴールド会員の旨を伝えたら、お部屋の冷蔵庫を25ユーロ分まで利用して下さいと言われたのに、冷蔵庫にはドリンクもワインもなかった。

レライス&シャトーのグループに入っているホテルなのでとても期待をして予約しました。コロッセオが見えるお部屋を指定し、眺望は良かったのですが、到着日にお湯が全く出ずそのアナウンスも無く、翌日までお湯を使えずその謝罪など全くありませんでした。ベッドも動くと軋み音がうるさく寝心地も最悪でした。

We expected the good location of the room but actually the room was 5 minutes far from the front dest by walking and the facility was quite old. It is understandable as very touristic area but bit dissapointed than our expectation. The staff were nice and friendly. フロントから徒歩5分歩く必要のある、古いアパートの一室が宿泊場所で、雰囲気はあったものの、期待していたものとは違い便利ではなく、価格ともマッチしませんでした。スタッフは親切で、好感が持てました。

Perfect

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Manfredi. The suite was exceptionally spacious and comfortable for our family of four, giving everyone plenty of room to relax after a day of sightseeing. The location couldn’t have been better—right next to the Colosseum, making it incredibly convenient to explore Rome’s historic sites. We also appreciated how well the air conditioning worked, especially during the extreme heat wave. Coming back to a cool, comfortable room after spending time outside made a huge difference. The combination of the spacious accommodations, unbeatable location, and excellent climate control made this a fantastic place to stay. We would happily return on our next trip to Rome.

The hotel was amazing. The staff was super helpful, the hotel was spotless and the constantly clean. The breakfast was amazing along with the breathtaking views of the coliseum from the rooftop restaurant.

Flight was cancel and could not get refund

Access to the Courte bar was a massive perk. Walking to the Collusium was easy and straightforward. Staff was extremely helpful planning and setting up car services

Beautiful hotel, great restaurant would of just rather Expedia

Not worth the money. You will wake up to construction every morning at 7am. The rooms need to be repainted. The mould in the shower should be fixed. I booked a jr suite and I was catfished. The quality of the room for what you pay is not worth it. The staff are good, restaurant is way over priced and not worth it. I would not recommend. For the same price stay at the St. Regis or intercontinental.

Great hotel with the best view

Uma das razões de escolhermos o hotel foi a possibilidade de irmos com nossos filhos. Contudo, além do quarto ficar bem longe do predio principal (informação que estava clara) nossos filhos não eram aceitos nos restaurantes do hotel (informação que não estava clara). Isso foi muito decepcionante, especialmente para um hotel deste nível. Não permitiram sequer que subissemos para ver a vista com nossos filhos e isso deixou a todos muito chateados.

We recently stayed at Palazzo Manfredi to celebrate our anniversary, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, the team made us feel incredibly welcome. We especially enjoyed the Rolls-Royce transfer from the airport – it was the perfect way to start our celebration in true style and class. The hotel itself is simply stunning. The view from our room (and even the shower!) is absolutely worth it – waking up to the Colosseum right in front of you is something special. Breakfast each morning, sitting there with that view, was honestly priceless. The breakfast staff were amazing, so attentive and warm, and having caviar and champagne to start the day was such a treat. A special mention has to go to Selina, who was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay. She was always on hand with thoughtful suggestions, answered every question with care, and really went above and beyond to make sure we were enjoying every moment. From arrival to departure, everything felt seamless and truly special. It made our anniversary celebration unforgettable. We’ll definitely be returning and will be recommending Palazzo Manfredi to our friends and family without hesitation. Thank you again to the whole team for such a beautiful experience.

Absolutely loved this property. The location was perfect, room was spacious and comfortable. We loved ending our evenings in the court with a view of the Colosseum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved that it is a smaller property and felt cozy and like home.
