素晴らしい客室から昼間の、また、素晴らしい屋上レストランでイタリアンとワインを堪能しながらライトアップされた夜のコロッセオを思う存分眺められて出来て忘れられない思い出になった。スタッフの方々も皆さんとても親切でフレンドリーで暖かい気持ちになった。

もうこちらには泊まりたくない。 5つ星とは思えない。 部屋にティッシュペーパーはないし、お部屋の電話も充電されてなく、フロントに行くまでに外に出て5分以上歩かないといけない場所なのに、フロントに電話したい時にかけれなくて、とても不便だった。 またチェックイン時にゴールド会員の旨を伝えたら、お部屋の冷蔵庫を25ユーロ分まで利用して下さいと言われたのに、冷蔵庫にはドリンクもワインもなかった。

レライス&シャトーのグループに入っているホテルなのでとても期待をして予約しました。コロッセオが見えるお部屋を指定し、眺望は良かったのですが、到着日にお湯が全く出ずそのアナウンスも無く、翌日までお湯を使えずその謝罪など全くありませんでした。ベッドも動くと軋み音がうるさく寝心地も最悪でした。

We expected the good location of the room but actually the room was 5 minutes far from the front dest by walking and the facility was quite old. It is understandable as very touristic area but bit dissapointed than our expectation. The staff were nice and friendly. フロントから徒歩5分歩く必要のある、古いアパートの一室が宿泊場所で、雰囲気はあったものの、期待していたものとは違い便利ではなく、価格ともマッチしませんでした。スタッフは親切で、好感が持てました。

The rooftop restaurant for breakfast was amazing.. eat and enjoy the view of the coliseum, and archeological dig… Amazing food selection

The staff at palazzo has been nothing short of incredible! From the time of check in until my departure, the staff was amazing! Looking forward on heading back!

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo Manfredi. Our apartment suite was spacious, beautifully designed, and came with a great bathroom and amenities. The staff made check-in seamless - welcoming us with water and espresso, holding our bags, and even suggesting a sightseeing route. Though breakfast wasn’t included, we went anyway and the views were incredible. Everyone we met was so kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

I would say the view and the gym alone had me sold on a few night stay here. The room is impeccable and the stay is amazing. The breakfast view will have your shocked as Aroma was one of the highlights for me. I will say the bar isn't as big of recommendation from me, but still an amazing stay

A beautiful experience. Staff was exceptional, attentive and truly elevate the experience. Our family loved it. Not to mention, the picture perfect views of the Colloseum. You get what you pay for, and this was worth every penny.

Beautiful agriturismo serving bland meals and bad wines.

We booked a room at Palazzo Manfredi hoping to be close to the Colosseum, but when we arrived we were informed that we would be staying in another building (5 minutes away by car / 10 minutes walking). It wasn't a hotel, it was simply an apartment (like an Airbnb apartment), and it didn't offer hotel services. We paid a very high price that was not compatible with the room we were given. We were told that we could ask someone to pick us up with the hotel's golf cart to take us to the hotel for breakfast, but when we called the next morning, we were told that they could not pick us up. We ended up not having breakfast. A big disappointment and I do not recommend the hotel.

We had a fabulous stay however this was somewhat hampered at the beginning due to our room having a blocked shower, 1 towel (to share 😳) & a broken hairdryer. Once I informed the staff, they were concerned, attentive and fixed the problems immediately. With special thanks to Silvia as she went ‘over & above’ with her professionalism, knowledge & swift actions - she is a credit to your hotel, as such I wouldn’t hesitate to come and stay again. Please pass my gratitude to her individually. Unfortunately, (as with many cities) there is a problem regarding drug use in the streets which my daughter found unsettling. This however is not the hotel’s fault as this responsibility lands firmly with the local authorities. Thank you so much, we had a wonderful time x

The view from our room was absolutely amazing! Mesmerizing! Really nice rooms with high end amenities. Food and bar was really good.
